We hired Create Construction for a major renovation that included an office addition, a complete kitchen remodel, a master bathroom remodel, adding a brand-new powder room, full home electrical re-wiring, removing old flooring and installing beautiful new wood floors, a new roof, new windows, and full interior and exterior painting. It was a massive project — and they exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

From the very beginning, Yarin and his team's professionalism, organization, and communication stood out. They helped guide us through design decisions, offered thoughtful recommendations, and were transparent about timelines and costs. We always felt informed and confident throughout the entire process.

The craftsmanship is truly exceptional. The kitchen is now the heart of our home — functional, stunning, and finished with incredible attention to detail. The master bathroom feels like a luxury spa retreat. The new office addition blends seamlessly with the original structure, looking as though it was always part of the home. The wood floors are beautifully installed, the new roof and windows have completely elevated the exterior, and the fresh paint inside and out ties everything together perfectly.

We did a significant amount of work on the 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, den, and kitchen, including changing the layout in some rooms and hallways. This is the second major remodel we have done in LA, and this time it went much smoother. Yarin and Kim were both very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, and the web portal made it easy to track the progress and pay invoices. With any big construction project, there are going to be hiccups along the way, and with each challenge we faced, Yarin was reasonable and honest about making things right. Yarin did a fabulous job on my deck. He was very conscientious, courteous, always on time, and I trust his work completely. His prices are fair. He did not try to up charge me on anything. He worked very well with the architect that I hired to draw up the plan. His workers were polite and did a very good job on everything. They paid attention to detail. We hired Create Construction for a partial bathroom renovation (tile and install shower above tub, replace vanity). Ben Sviri was helpful and communicative throughout the process - we especially loved the google sheet with exactly what materials we needed to pick out. Ben’s team was reliable and efficient and Rutelio’s tile work is incredible! We’re very happy with our new bathroom and would hire Create Construction again.

We had an excellent experience working with Create Construction on our ADU. The biggest takeaways for us are the strong communication and the high quality of the work.

From the very beginning of the planning process through final inspection, Yarin was thorough in all communication and very collaborative. He was always reachable when we had questions and spent a lot of time answering our questions, explaining processes, and problem solving with us. Any snags or delays in the process were clearly communicated so we understood what was going on with the project at all times.

Yarin was also helpful with the decisions along the way, especially in terms of cost-saving. He would explain different options and how they would impact both the cost and the quality. We always felt like we had enough information to make decisions with confidence. And there were so many decisions to make!

We're so happy with the work that Yarin and his team did. All of the people working on the project throughout the six months were respectful and it's clear that Yarin has a high standard of workmanship for his team. The space is beautiful and we're excited to show it off to our guests!

Thanks to Create Construction for my two bathroom remodels! I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom to my downstairs bathroom. It was a huge mess and my husband and I were so stressed due to unexpected costs. Not looking to remodel, we met with Yarin who was amazing, and helped us through the whole process from start to finish. He seemed to really care and was very thorough from the beginning. I did meet with other companies, but ended up going with Create because we really liked how detailed oriented Yarin was about everything.The information and quotes we received from him, compared to others, confirmed that we made the best decision. So happy we were able to upgrade our bathrooms and hopefully we can redo our kitchen soon!

Create Construction was great. They were timely, communicated well and did a great job guiding us through our project. My expectations of our home remodel/addition have been exceeded with Create Construction! They presented a very detailed and organized plan for our project and completely stuck to the plan and have transformed our house into a beautiful home.
