We hired Create Construction for a major renovation that included an office addition, a complete kitchen remodel, a master bathroom remodel, adding a brand-new powder room, full home electrical re-wiring, removing old flooring and installing beautiful new wood floors, a new roof, new windows, and full interior and exterior painting. It was a massive project — and they exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

"Yarin did an outstanding job with the complete remodel of our condo in Santa Monica. We did a significant amount of work on the 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, den, and kitchen, including changing the layout in some rooms and hallways. This is the second major remodel we have done in LA, and this time it went much smoother. Yarin and Kim were both very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, and the web portal made it easy to track the progress and pay invoices.
