However, now I'm being charged extra for subsequent updates to the account - a situation I found reasonable when the account was first updated. I understood their assessment after the final check-up, yet they've continued making changes and billing me separately for each modification. It's puzzling that they claimed everything was satisfactory at the conclusion only to start introducing these new fees. I strongly advise against this company; their lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
