We were so impressed by the level of customer service we received from Home Depot's Gardening department. About dozen of our new plants died in the most recent heat wave and they completely replaced them and included potting soil! The Customer Service department was incredible as well! After exchanging more then $65 worth of flowers she mentioned "save your receipt just in case!" We couldn't be happier. Cassandra from the Gardening Department, you rock!

I was building brand new ADU in a Burbank And purchased allot of materials from Home Depot on top I'm a Pro Castomer to them, I had about $250.00 worth of return they did not take it asking me that the item was need a receipt, I ask for a manager Luigi He did nothing to help of a refund. Not recommende this store to no one. Very poor customer service.
