Very expensive. On the phone when I requested a service call I thought he said $55 for the first visit. But it actually was $255 + 3% if I uses credit card. I canceled so I don't really know about the quality of work.

Avoid these guys like the plague. I see positive reviews so perhaps something happened in the last year with mgmt, but my experience was awful. They quoted me a $275 for jacuzzi cleaning -- ended up charging me not on a PER JOB basis but PER HOUR -- $550. They wanted to charge another $275 on top of that but said they would waive it as a customer service courtesy. First appt they came, but then left without telling me without doing the service... second appt they came and did a decent job, but broke the hot tub cover. Upon invoicing, they tack on a 3% credit card fee / or a 1% check cashing fee. I get the CC fee but never heard of a check cashing fee. Watch out.

Aqua Master’s service is great! I am pleased with the cleaning of my pool every week. They also respond quickly to service calls requiring repair work. I would recommend them.

My pool heater needs were assessed and an estimate for a new heating system was provided. All my question were answered and the work was scheduled within two days, which was completed in a very professional manner. Thank you!

Aqua Masters is great! My pump broke right before we were going to have company over that expected to use the pool. I called this company in a frenzy trying to get help and they got me an appointment the same day. When they came and took a look at it for me they were able to dice everything very quickly. They made this whole process stress free and I would highly recommend them if you need help with your pool.

Very responsive and fairly priced. They came quickly when my old pool pump stopped working. They made sure that the electrical wiring for my new pool pump was installed properly, even though it had been done incorrectly on the previous pump (of course by someone else). Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them in the future.

This is a very reliable company, they return messages promptly. Richard James is always taking care of our concerns and has patiens with us with all the questions we bombard him with. We are very satisfied with AquaMastes.

Richard is professional and attentive. He came out the same day I contacted them and had some one here to make the repair within 24 hours. The service tech was professional and cleaned up after himself so that it looked better after he left than when he got there! There was a mistake on the invoice that was caught by Richard and he immediately made a price adjustment to reflect said mistake. I would recommend them to anyone with pool needs

I contacted Aqua Masters in a bit of a panic. My house was for sale and my existing pool service company just up and quit. I had an open house in two days and I needed the pool to look gorgeous. I contacted them on Thursday evening and left all my details. I asked them to please try and service the pool the following morning before the brokers open house and once again for Sunday’s open house. I told them I would need their services until the house sold. They sent me everything I needed via email and they completely took over and made sure everything looked amazing and worked properly. They continued to service the pool weekly, and did an incredible job. It was such a relief having them on board and it was one less thing I had to worry about. It was a huge burden off my shoulders and while they were not the cheapest, they were worth every penny. I referred them to the new owner and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Aqua Masters!

Worse service. Do not call them - they are completely useless.
It’s impossible to get them to come … such companies should not be in business.
