Pedro was fantastic - he took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me pictures to help illustrate what was going on with my AC. The whole experience was top-notch and I'm thoroughly impressed with this company.
I've used them three times now and every single time, I've received exceptional service from knowledgeable technicians who are more than happy to answer all my questions (and I have a lot!). They're able to break down complex issues into simple terms that even I can understand. While it's still frustrating to shell out so much for my AC unit, at least I know I'm in good hands with this company.
Hopefully next time I run into Pedro or his team, it'll be outside the context of my AC - maybe just a friendly face at a community event!

I hired them to install four split-level air condition units, which they got connected two days later. However, no one showed up to test and activate the ACs, leaving everything looking like a general construction site. I wouldn't recommend this company under any circumstances.
Update: The owner reached out personally and is now actively working with me to resolve the issue. A big improvement over their initial response. Update again: after fixing the problems caused by the installers, I've upgraded my review to five stars.
