I cannot say enough good things about Charlie's Sewer andDrain.It was a professional job from start to finish.They explained everything ,showed up on time ,stayed until finished and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards! I will definetly use them again and highly recommend them .

Charlie and Mars are the best. They are two of the most hardworking guys I know. My house is an older home so they dug five feet into the front of my house and added to sumps. One that leads to my house and the other leading out to the street. Now if we have any plumbing problems, the two sumps are easily accessible. After that they flushed out my lines. They cleaned everything up and left our yard cleaner than before. They will always be my go to plumbers.

Charlie is the best! In 10 minutes he unclogged my daughter’s shower.

Best plumber in LA area! Charlie is incredibly kind and took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me tips and tricks on how to fix the issue if it arises again. I would give more stars if I could.

Ramone and his excellent team replaced my main line. They are hard-working, thorough, and professional as a crew. They stayed long hours until the job was properly done. Plumbing jobs are never something somebody wants to deal with, but Ramone and Charlie kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on. I highly recommend them!

I called Charlie Rooter Services to help me with my shower clogg I been dealing for a month. They send Luis the next day and took care of my issues without a problem. We had an issue with our kitchen sink being clogged. Charlie’s services were contacted. The problem was so difficult but they pressed forward and even summoned Charlie himself to the scene. Needless to say, once Charlie was on the case, it was game over. Had it taken care of and cleaned up like nothing ever happened.

I had a broken and leaky sink. Andrew came out to the house to figure out the problem. And then return the next day to complete the job. He ran into complication after complication, but spent his time figuring things out. He came back a third time to finally fix the problem and replace the faucet and did an amazing job. I had a problem with the water pressure in my shower, so I called Charlie’s Sewer and Drain. I’ve used them before and was happy with their work. Andrew came out the next afternoon. He was friendly and professional and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you, again, for great service!

I had a mystery leak. I had another plumber come, tell me that the whole shower needed to be broken down and replaced and that it would cost a small fortune. I called Charlie Sewer and Andrew came out and went step by step with me to pinpoint the leak. In the end, we were able to find the leak without tearing down the whole shower and the cost was a fraction of what the previous plumber quoted. Andrew and Max came to do the final work and fix the issue. They were kind, informative, honest, and did great work. Highly recommend!

Andrew came in last minute when we had a pipe burst, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it very quickly. He also went the extra mile of explaining everything to us about how things work, made suggestions on how to avoid this in the future, and inspected the rest of our house. Overall, great experience!

After having my toilet and shower overflowed, I immediately called Charlie’s (being the first company that popped up).
Their customer service and friendliness over the phone was the best! They were super patient as I was freaking out trying to explain my issue.
In less than an hour I had one of their techs at my door.
He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me my options. In the end, we ended up doing a long term repair and I couldn’t be happier. The peace of mind they provide is invaluable.
I’m so glad I found my new plumbers and will continue to refer them to all my friends, family, coworkers, everyone!!!

called and got an appointment the next very morning. andrew and max were amazing!! they came to replace our disposal, snake a drain, and descale our hot water heater. both were super respectful, cleaned up everything so well and even helped us with a loose doorbell - above and beyond to say the least!! they are our forever plumbers ☺️

Best quote I received, and the only plumber who was able to simply and easily explain the issue and the way he planned to fix it. No pressure or scare tactics, just a straightforward itemized quote that clearly outlined all of the costs.

Once we schedule, Charlie and his team arrived on time, completed all of the work efficiently, and even educated me about process and how to take of future issues before they happen. While cleaning up, Charlie even mopped the floor on the way out to ensure that it was better than before me arrived.

Tldr: I trust them and they did a good job

Our sewer and drain situation left us with a bad odor and frequently clogged sewers.

We know that our home is more than 50 years old, and has had some additions to the house that were more budget friendly than robust.

If you are like us, you are probably scared about the high cost and uncertainty involved in addressing the issues.

Trying to be business-like and logical we asked 4 highly rated plumbers to bid on and explain how to resolve our problems.

We already knew it would be expensive, so we were more afraid of making a bad decision and ending up with the problem not fixed. Minus all the money.

Charlie's sewer and drain did the second best investigation of the problem. But unlike the others they gave us the option to include further investigation as a deduction to the cost of the fix.

I was a little skeptical because they had some schedule misses. When I brought this up with Charlie he acknowledged the fact and I trusted his honest response.

They have done an excellent job on a complicated project and I would recommend them to friends and family.
