I called to discuss the possibility of a clogged foundation footing drain that had been causing basement flooding issues at my elderly father's house. After our conversation, I felt it was definitely worth exploring, so when he was available, he came over to the house shortly after. His tools were top-notch, and he quickly identified a blockage in the 6' drainage pipe that connected the foundation drain to the catch basin on the property. Using his equipment, he efficiently jet blasted through the roots. Once he cleared the blockage, a massive amount of water surged from that pipe into the storm drain. The blockage had caused a buildup of water around the foundation that was preventing it from drying out. The water pressure was so strong that leaks were appearing beneath the foundation. He completely resolved the issue, and I'm thrilled with the result. He was hardworking, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend his services!

They don't tackle issues caused by previous workers' mistakes. They'd have to start from scratch with a new faucet installation. i get it and totally concur. i think if they had been my first choice for the job, i wouldn't be preparing for a day in court against the original plumber. I just had a plumbing job done on my main line in Burbank. Barry came out and did a job that 2 other businesses couldn't handle. The other 2 service providers suggested I excavate the line and replace a 10-foot section of pipe. I'm so glad I sought a 3rd opinion.
