A few weeks ago, our 8-unit apartment building in Burbank had a major sewer line backup. When we called for plumbing service, the team was courteous, professional, and very responsive, which was a huge relief. What stood out most was our technician, Nathaniel. Even after a long day and being on call, Nathaniel came out after hours on a Friday night and handled the plumbing problem with a calm, positive attitude. As soon as he saw the size of the sewer issue, he reassured us that it was under control and that he would take care of everything. That kind of confidence and customer care made a stressful drain and sewer situation much easier to deal with. He worked efficiently, cleared the backup quickly, and kept a professional attitude the whole time. It was obvious he knew exactly how to handle the job, and we felt confident leaving the building in his hands. We truly appreciate the fast response, the quality plumbing work, and the excellent service. We would be very happy to have Nathaniel help us again with any future sewer or drain problems.

I called to discuss the possibility of a clogged foundation footing drain that had been causing basement flooding issues at my elderly father's house. After our conversation, I felt it was definitely worth exploring, so when he was available, he came over to the house shortly after. His tools were top-notch, and he quickly identified a blockage in the 6' drainage pipe that connected the foundation drain to the catch basin on the property. Using his equipment, he efficiently jet blasted through the roots. Once he cleared the blockage, a massive amount of water surged from that pipe into the storm drain. The blockage had caused a buildup of water around the foundation that was preventing it from drying out. The water pressure was so strong that leaks were appearing beneath the foundation. He completely resolved the issue, and I'm thrilled with the result. He was hardworking, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend his services!

nathaniel, a technician from a plumbing company, showed up and looked into my issue with my kitchen faucet. he took photos and explained his findings. They don't tackle issues caused by previous workers' mistakes. They'd have to start from scratch with a new faucet installation. i get it and totally concur. i think if they had been my first choice for the job, i wouldn't be preparing for a day in court against the original plumber. This plumbing company seems quite trustworthy and i'll definitely give them a call if i ever need a plumber in burbank.

I just had a plumbing job done on my main line in Burbank. Barry came out and did a job that 2 other businesses couldn't handle. The other 2 service providers suggested I excavate the line and replace a 10-foot section of pipe. I'm so glad I sought a 3rd opinion. Barry identified the problem as being incredibly dense tree roots that had almost reached the city's line. After putting in 8 hours of hard work, Barry managed to clear all the roots and even sent me a video of my cleared line, which ended up saving me a lot of money. I'll definitely be relying on this plumbing service in the future.
