Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing has once again came to our rescue. We had a leak from an exterior copper pipe and because there was no shutoff valve for that pipe, we had to shut off the main water line for the entire property. It was bad timing because we have guests visiting. Free Flo identified the issue and explained that the original (3 yr old only) piping was installed with a very low quality type M copper piping causing premature corrosion, thereby causing the leak. They were able to install a new shutoff valve so we can turn the main water line back on for the house while we wait for them to replace the 60ft low quality type M copper. They really took the time to explain everything. I could not be happier with the services provided. This is another review on the 2nd part of the service. Ben, Patrick and their team came out today to excavate and replace approximately 76ft of copper pipe with signs of premature corrosion, starting with 2 pinhole leaks that we discovered this past weekend. They also installed two drains and serviced my tankless water heater that was starting to show a change in water quality. The crew was on time and worked efficiently. They left the worksite clean. I could not be happier and highly recommend anyone needing a plumber or rooter.

Andrei did a great job. He redid our pipes because the original piping was causing issues. He installed a new garbage disposal (we purchased) ahead of time. He was in and out in about 35 minutes. He is very professional, clean, and respectful of the property. He took his shoes off outside without even being asked. Afterward, he cleaned everything, checked for leaks, and told me to call in a few weeks to make sure everything was going smoothly. These guys are my plumbers from now on!
Again, Free Flo came through for us! This was my first time working with Patrick, and it was a great experience. He came out to fix the flange on my toilet and was incredibly professional from start to finish. Not only did he complete the job efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or unsure about what was happening.
