We used Modern Electrical Services for a remodel on our home. They were very professional and on time. They explained the entire process in detail and pointed out things that we overlooked. We added recessed lighting throughout our house using all LED and installed new dimmers and outlets. Everything was smooth and quick, zack and his techs are patient and polite. I would say that this project wouldnt have been the same if we used another company. I will use them again for all my projects and refer them to my friends and family.

Modern Electrical Services installed a 50 amp subpanel and a NEMA 14-50 plug in a condo shared garage for EV charging. From the initial quote to passing final electrical inspection, everything was fantastic. Communication was great throughout the process (phone, email, even text). Mike did the actual installation and we were happy with the final product. Even better was that everything passed inspection 2 weeks later!

Zack and his entire team at Modern Electrical were so helpful in my entire process of installing an EV Charger at my condo complex. Every step along the way with him was easy with the team - the virtual quote, getting HOA approval, permitting the process, getting it installed, and the final inspections with the city. He really went above and beyond working with my HOA, who had never had a charger installed in the complex before. They were incredibly difficult, postponing the install multiple times, requesting additional trips out from the team, and involving lawyers - and M.E.S. stuck with me the entire way leading to a successful installation. If it wasn’t for Zack’s patience and expertise I don’t think I’d have successfully gotten the charger installed in my complex.
