Plumbing Dudes did a fantastic, thorough job as they came out for a second opinion, using their snake camera to identify complete corrosion in the cast iron pipes under our house. I was referred to Plumbing Dudes by a friend. I was able to get someone out the next day! That's awesome when it comes to hearing water. A busted pipe! Others wanted me to wait 3 days without water! No way! Arman and his team fixed it! I recommend this company!

The sound of my shower gurgling while the washing machine was running was enough to make my heart sink because I knew the whole house was about to back up. I called for a main line clog removal and Arman was at my door in Burbank before I even had time to move the cars out of the driveway. He was so calm about the whole thing and showed me exactly where the blockage was without trying to scare me into a five thousand dollar repair. It is such a relief to have the toilets actually flushing again and not having to worry about what is
going to bubble up out of the floor drains.

Fast response, gave estimate came upon time agreed on and came a little early. He gave me the best and honest deal and did it efficiently and cost effective

The sump pump in our backyard stopped working late in the day on Saturday so I needed a plumber in Sherman Oaks FAST. This team was one of the first to respond and was at my house early the next morning. We had plans for a backyard gathering, so time was of the essence!

The tech spent over an hour at our house, first diagnosing the issue and then eventually getting the sump working again. He said the underlying issue might be bigger; the pump was ultimately installed poorly and undersized for our set up.

We are very happy with their work and appreciate his honesty. Also he's very very fair on price.

Arman showed up at my place in Encino right on the dot and got straight to the point without any unnecessary small talk. He used a heavy duty snake to clear out a deep blockage that my own liquid cleaner wouldn't even touch. He worked quickly and didn't leave a single drop of water on the tile or any mess for me to clean up afterward. It is a relief to find a technician who actually values efficiency and gets the job done correctly the first time.

I usually expect a bit of a runaround when calling for a plumber but the person I reached on the phone was actually very straightforward and easy to deal with. I explained that my kitchen sink was acting up and she didn't try to give me a vague four hour window or put me on hold forever. She managed to coordinate a tech to come out the same day which was a huge help since I had a house full of people coming over later. It is nice to deal with a front office that stays organized and follows through on the timing they promised.

My old water heater started developing a leak, I called and left a message and they gave me a call back. He provided me very competitive pricing and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of. Plumbing Dudes were very professional and took the time to get the job done correctly and professionally. The removal of my old water heater was more of a challenge than initially expected, they came up with a game plan and got the job done correctly.

Kitchen sink decided to totally stop draining right in the middle of meal prepping for the week and it was literally the grossest thing ever. I called around Encino and luckily Arman was able to swing by and handle the snaking before the smell got way too weird. He found a massive clump of hair and grease that was blocking everything up and had it cleared out in like twenty minutes tops. Now everything is flowing perfectly and I can finally finish my dishes without the water backing up into the basin.

We had a small gas leak line leading to our HVAC system and Arman was both pleasant and very responsive.

A local realtor recommended Plumbing Dudes to me. They came out and fixed the main line that leads from the house to the sewer. They provided photos and video of the repair as they worked, which was helpful for insurance. They finished faster than expected, and their quote was less than other plumbers. I highly recommend them!

Our bathroom drain had been backing up for a while and we finally got fed up with it. Looked for a drain cleaner in the area and Plumbing Dudes came up so we gave them a shot. Really glad we did because they came out fast, cleared the drain completely, and the whole thing was done before lunch. Prices were fair and the guy was easy to deal with. Saving their number for next time.

Arman was great from the very first call. He was patient, answered every question we had without making us feel rushed, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The whole experience was just easy and that is harder to find than it should be. Would absolutely call again.

AMAZING service! Don't bother calling anyone else - they're the best. I called at 11:45AM and they were here by 12:30pm. Tony was professional and more importantly very calm with the plumbing issue. Had fixed it by 1:30pm. Super efficient, great experience, will be using them again.
