Reviews of local pros in Burbank, California

I recently moved into my home and was having to constantly clean and dust and couldn’t figure out what was going on, until a friend of mine told me I should have my ducts cleaned which was something I hadn’t even heard of until then. I called a few companies and got some estimates, but after calling Precision Air Duct Cleaning and speaking to Garrett, I felt confident in booking them to clean my air ducts. Jason and Nick came out and were very friendly and informative and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

Amazing! They were so quick and efficient! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

SO impressed with this company. Sean was fantastic with communication and the servicemen Leo and Marcos did an excellent job! The people who lived here previously were smokers, so there was a lot of cleaning to be done. The grills are now immaculate, like brand new! They did a great deep clean and were very helpful in answering our HVAC questions!

The service by Nick and Grady was terrific. They were punctual, explained what the cleaning process was going to be, and cleaned and vacuumed everything. The dryer vent cleaning was the best I have received by any company in the 22 years I have owned my house. Nick cleaned the furnace and air conditioning equipment and everything is spotless. I fully recommend them!

This is the third time we have used Precision and the service was top notch again. We just purchased a house in the desert and just the quick look we had at the ducts showed so much dirt. We're guessing it's been years since being cleaned. Sean and Jeremy did a great job getting everything cleaned up. They were polite, tidy and timely. They even have these bumper things they put on corners in your house so the hoses don't rub on the furniture or walls - great idea!
If you need your ducts and vents cleaned - and I bet you do - call Precision!

I first called precision air duct cleaning because I noticed a musty smell coming from my air conditioner. Garrett and Mark were both very professional, clean, on time and left my house cleaner than it was before they got there. they also showed me some great before and after photos and were competitively priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to any family or friends.

What a great air duct cleaning experience!

I called precision air duct cleaning on a Tuesday and had them out the following Friday. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and personable on the phone. Nick and Jason showed up on time and were also very competent and professional. I asked them to take a look at my dryer vent too while they were here and I sure am glad I did. They ended up pulling out about 4 gallons of lint out of a 15 foot dryer duct.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts! Garrett, the owner and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, And they finished the job within the estimated time frame they gave me. I was still able to go about my day after because they were so exact with their time! They actually did an amazing job, they showed me the before and afters pics of my duct and how dirty the filter was after the house was done. They answered all my questions and really made the effort to fully clean my home. I have kids so keeping the air clean in my home is a must to me. I have already recommended Precision Air Duct Cleaning to a few of my friends. Thank you Precision!

Garrett is an absolute legend. He helped me figure out how to fix the smell in my air ducts and took time out of his day to look at my setup & give me advice on how I could DIY replace some ducts. He's a hero, very thorough, and knows what he is talking about. He didn't charge me anything for the advice, and I would trust him to clean my vents if that was what had been needed.

It's rare in trade professions to find people who care, do quality work, and go the extra mile. I'd recommend him and his services to anyone who is looking for duct cleaning.

When you're searching for someone to come into your home you're looking for a person who will clearly explain what they're doing and give you quality service. Look no further, this is your guy.

I was truly impressed with the work performed on our dryer duct by Sean of Precision Air Duct Cleaning. He was conscientious and thorough. He left us with a clear vent and no mess, and did not stop working until he was satisfied with the results. Thank you for a professional job at a good price.

Love this company. Have used them many times over the years and they are reliable, on time, fair pricing. Recommend.

Jesse and team showed up quickly and did an excellent job cleaning our fireplace! Will be coming back yearly for our annual cleanings

Sean and his crew were excellent. Fast, efficient, technically knowledgable, courteous and clean after themselves. Very professional experience!

Incredibly grateful that I called Precision Duct Cleaners. Garrett, Shawn, and Leo were incredible. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and personable, answering all my questions. they were affordable, and now my ducts are cleaner than ever. Great team! Highly recommend!

This company is terrific! I’ve used them four times now and they are always professional, punctual, considerate of your house and belongings and efficient! Always give a thorough cleaning and have polite, knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommended!

Today was my second time hiring Precision Air Duct Cleaning for their dryer vent cleaning service. Sean called 30 mins before arriving on time. The service was quick, thorough and Sean provided some education on how our vent was originally constructed. Thanks so much for your service! 10/10 would hire again.

Precision Air Duct Cleaning did a great job. My dryer was not working efficiently and would take ages to dry the clothes. They took their time to make sure to address my concern of air flow. They stuck around until the flaps would lift with the dryer air flow. Great job! Would use them again. A+.

We received excellent service form Shaw and his assistant. They arrived on time, Shawn provided us information about the cleaning process and made sure we were comfortable with the process. They set up with tarps on the floor and under each vent, safety corners in the areas the hose would go around in the house, and cleaned the vents and unit until they were spotless. We were extremely pleased with their workmanship! High recommend Precision Air Duct Cleaning.

There is a reason there are only 5-star reviews: They are professionals who do a GREAT job for a fair price. This was the first time we had had the vents cleaned since the house was built in 1989. They performed the service while our tenants were home, and they went above and beyond to clean and sanitize the entire system for them. Our tenants are highly skilled professionals in their respective fields, and they let us know right away the job was done thoroughly and professionally. We are pleased to add our 5-star review to the rest. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Precision Air Duct Cleaning for a few years. Sean and team has always been reliable and do a very neat job considering how dirty the job is to clean out dryer vents. Very transparent pricing and reasonable vs. competitors.

What I also appreciate from them is that, in my case, they told me I didn't need to do this annually. They easily could have said that I needed an annual cleaning (they have no incentive to do less vent cleanings). I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get their dryer vents cleaned out.

Super friendly. Really great prices. They did a fantastic job.
