The highlight of our experience was meeting Ed, your sales rep and Arthur, your project mgr. What a personable and professional young men. Our roof looks awesome too. It was good to have a new roof before the last rain storms.

One of the best experience I have ever had with contractors. Kevin and Davit are so responsible they got to my house perfectly at scheduled time and took there time to fully inspect my roof and attic space. They management team was great. Jack has been extremely pleasant, kind, and straight forward. Work was done on our roof within two days, and the roofers who came out were also kind and seemed knowledgable. Today we did a water test, and there is no leaking (complete patio redo and torch down where the patio meets the back of the house). Communication with this company has been fluid, constant, and appreciated, since we have dealt with corporations and sole contractors that were not. Recently had a roof replaced and was happy with the communication with Chris, JR and Allen. The project was costly but looks beautiful and finished quicker than expected. The workers mostly did a good job with cleanup after. I did have concerns about making sure the workers were taking care of some issues but when I mentioned it to Chris and JR they made sure they were being done right. The workers up on the roof worked really hard and we're always on time.

Arthur made sure every step of the project was handled with care and attention. He was always available for questions and kept me informed, which made me feel really comfortable. The team worked efficiently but didn’t rush anything. I’ve had roofing work done before, but NewHaus really stands out for their professionalism. The quality of the work is obvious, and my home looks better than ever!

I recently was in the market for getting a new roof. I interviewed a few roofing contractors. I scheduled 4 I total. NewHaus was number 1 for me. The rest were sales people. NewHaus has there own roofers they use for there projects. They were clean and friendly to work with. They updated me everyday until completion. Thanks to the whole team.

We had an excellent experience with Newhaus. Simon was so professional, prompt and delivered 100%. We were under a time crunch as we were at risk with our homeowners insurance needing repairs but Simon reassured that they could start asap and they did! Thank you so much!

The customer service was excellent. I had a solar panels issue, which they helped to resolve, for no cost for us. They promised two week and in two week roof was complete. I definitely recommend NewHaus as your vendors, they are extremely professional compared to all other estimates I received. Main reason I went with them in the first place was their honesty and attention to details. 5/5 totally deserved.

These guys did a great job. Every crew that showed up was careful with their work and respectful of the property. My job was going on between rainstorms (they took it down to the rafters) and they made sure not a drop of water got inside.

Based on this experience, I'll call them for an estimate on updating my kitchen.

My wife and I needed a to have our whole roof redone due to our homeowners insurance. When we called NewHaus they immediately picked up and scheduled our appointment for the same day. Art who is the owner came out to do a full inspection from inside and out. We were pleasantly surprised that the owner came out personally. He took his time inspecting our house and kept us informed every step of the way. After doing our extensive research we found out that NewHaus and their roofers are all employed in house and don’t hire any third party roofers. Once the inspection was done, Art explained that their company has an entire insurance department that would handle in issues that may come up during the roofing process, but thankfully they were all professionals with great experience and nothing happened. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results of our new roof. We found out that whenever you change your roof it automatically increases the value of your house by 60-70 percent of the roof cost. The best part of our new roof is that the shingles are solar reflective which means our attic is much cooler during the summer and since we live in the San Fernando valley that is a huge deal for us. Thank you Art and thank you to NewHaus and their team. We highly recommend to everyone who’s looking for a new roof or who’s in the same situation like we were with the insurance company.

Was met at my house by Uri, went through what I wanted, was met with a fair price and trustworthy salesman(or at least honest about it from my own point as well as what I have been told by others). Then Mike, the lead for the working team came out, checked everything, told his team what and how, made sure it was all ok by me, and the team came next day, finished within 4-5 hours. Excellent work and price. Attic looks phenomenal! Highly recommend
