I recently engaged the services of Neuhaus Roofing Contractors to replace my roof. My roof is in two parts, a traditional shingle roof with a flat roof over the room addition. I was very impressed with the professionalism of my sales rep, Greg, and the project manager, Israel. Both men were readily available to answer all my questions and address my concerns. They were helpful with relevant suggestions and solutions where needed. In addition, I had the attic insulation replaced and am happy with that. Finally, they repaired the ceilings where I had water damage from the roof leaking. I would recommend anyone needing a roof replacement to consider Neuhaus Roofing Contractors for the job.

One of the best experience I have ever had with contractors. Kevin and Davit are so responsible they got to my house perfectly at scheduled time and took there time to fully inspect my roof and attic space. They management team was great. Art, Kevin and Davit were in touch with me throughout all the process. They have done really good job on my roof. One of the best experiences i had with a contractor. I was looking at buying a house and Home Advisor said they had a good rating along with a free estimate. House needed a new roof and I reached out for a quote and they would not give a free estimate. I hung up and left a bad review then someone else called and they gave me an estimate for taking down the review. The estimate was extremely detailed but didn't include a price. 30min later I receive a price with 0 detail to it. Just Price = 20k. After looking into them there are several people who seemed to be getting scammed. To me it looks like they tried to scam me by not providing a free estimate. Didn't even have their system setup to provide a customer estimate and sent me their internal very detailed estimate including material usage and several different amounts of wasted material by percentage with one column selected but importantly clipped off the cost to them. Then sent the no detail price that didn't appear to reference anything from the first document.
