Even though it took a little time to get all the roofing materials ready, I was given an estimated start date. As the installation time approached, Samuel let me know they could actually start five days earlier than planned, which was a nice surprise. On the first day, the removal and prep crew worked more than 12 hours to make sure everything was ready for the installation team the next day. The whole job took about three days of on-site work. From the very beginning, through getting permits and all the way to the final sign-off, everyone from the roofing company was professional, respectful, and answered all my questions. With more rain on the way, Jonah quickly arranged for a crew to come out the very next day. They repaired the damaged shingles before the storms arrived, keeping our home safe and dry.
