Perry at Kings not only was a great help to me but also proved to be a man of great ethics. He could have easily duped me, charged me a high price and sent me on my way when I went to Kings for help with a completely different company’s product. After calling to see if they could help, and getting a yes they’d try, I showed up with a product I couldn’t assemble — the pre-drilled holes were not appropriately aligned. Perry figured out a plan that would work very well for my needs, and I asked the price. As he was calculating that, I saw him look more at that other company’s product. He told me he saw another solution. I could reverse two things that hadn’t been specified in that other company’s manual. He showed me his solution — and even better he wasn’t patronizing. He was clear in explaining his idea, was respectful and kind. And I went home, tried it. He was 100% right. And, he was incredibly honest and generous. After all, he spent at least 15 minutes with me, found the solution that was best for me and charged me nothing. Whereas he could have done that other work, saved himself some time and charged me his asking price. Perry chose what was best for me. Not his wallet. That speaks volumes about customer service, integrity and more. I’d give this company 10 stars out of five if I could. A+
