I saw their driver drinking beers before getting into the truck. When I called to tell them they did not care at all that he was drinking and driving.

Had a water damaged in my house, called them and they immediately showed up and handled everything for us. Highly experienced and i highly recommend them to everyone.

We recently experienced water damage and were overwhelmed by the situation, but Service Master made the entire process so much easier. Serge, the owner, was professional and attentive, and the office staff was absolutely amazing throughout everything. They took us through the entire process step by step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt informed and supported the whole time.

Their communication, responsiveness, and professionalism truly stood out and helped make a stressful situation feel much more manageable. We’re very grateful for all of their help and would highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration services!

everything was ok till they broth our stuff to unpack to our house, lots of my personal ( very valuable ) stuff is missing, i contacted there office, no help, i contacted the president of the company no help.

Only way to start this review is stating that this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only do the employees stand around and watch while you as the owner unloading the trunk, but they lost and/or stolen items from when they were in storage. I would highly recommend staying away from this company unless you want to pay to get work done but they stand around and you will have to do the heavy lifting or getting your personal stuff lost or stolen.

My experience with ServiceMaster Restore has been nothing more than extraordinary. Their team is super professional and was so efficient! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

After battling with my apartment owner regarding the mold that was in my bathroom . I decided to call Service Master They did such a great job of getting rid of the mold and smell. They were friendly and professional.

If I could give 0 i would. These people are absolute thieves. They stole from our home the same day we had a fire. Our devices were tracked to their Burbank location. another tenants property to La Puente. The police have a case open to take those responsible down. It is incredibly disheartening to see such dishonest people strike when people are already down. We lost everything, and we can't even file a claim with insurance because the items are missing. They also used my debit card, which is now an identity theft claim. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I am truly extremely grateful for the professional support this company provided to my family! They resolved everything in three days, cleaned up all the mess caused by the water due to the leaking pipe that flooded everywhere and also did a great job of packing my furniture, personal belongings and kitchen utensils, etc…I want to mention Marta's attention, who was extremely patient with my family when we were very nervous and completely lost on how to act to resolve the mess that was in our house. If I had the option of 1000 stars I would give it to this team of professionals!!!

I called this company to come and do the cleaning up for the fires which my home was in PASADENA. They were very clear and understanding as to what I wanted to get done. They did a great job. I’m happy with their job that they did and help me to cleaning up the fire from my home. I give them five stars and they were on time.
