This Service is Terrible !! I demand a refund I called on May 31st to have my washer machine fixed they were so so quick to send someone out to look at it and the technician did nothing he was more worried about where he parked than about my washer machine. The part was ordered and my technician was unable to repair my washer machine !!!! So quick to charge my grandmother but did nothing to fix the problem. I’ve called for the past 6 days for an update on my repair and the management has done nothing !!!!!

The experience was excellent. The company provided an immediate time window for the service call. Our technician, Georgi called with 30 minutes to provide an accurate arrival time. He was prompt, courteous, neat and efficient. Within 15 of arriving, Georgi diagnosed the problem and obtained a repair quote from the office. There were no additional charges beyond the original quote for either parts or labor. Great job.

The issue fixed, but the cost is way too high and not noticed until the last minute. I would expect about no more than $100, but it turn out $242.3, I’m very surprise . Also, he damaged my bottom side drawer of freezer of my refrigerator. I won’t recommend people to use this service again!
