At first, I didn't have direct contact with Bryce. Instead, he sent one of his top-notch electricians, Edwin, to my Burlingame home. For four consecutive days, Edwin tirelessly worked on several electrical tasks including upgrading my electrical panel, setting up two outdoor light fixtures, installing three outdoor outlets, assembling three ceiling fans, setting up a Ring doorbell, and replacing my external photo cell. Bryce quickly arrived at my home within 20 minutes, and solved the problem in a snap by plugging in the garage door. I felt a bit foolish, but was grateful for his help. When I first called, I was told by the secretary that they were fully booked for three months. I was taken aback. But when I called again some time later, Bryce himself answered and I was able to secure an appointment for the next day.
