I had a terrible experience with this carpet cleaning company and would not recommend them.
I scheduled an appointment with a 12–3 PM window and rearranged my entire day to be home. The technician never showed up. I called the office multiple times and was given inconsistent and misleading information each time — first that the technician was “on the way” with a 12:30 PM ETA, then that someone would call me back after checking, and later that a manager would reach out. No one ever followed up.
After waiting the full time window and beyond, I had to cancel the appointment myself. Only then was I told the technician was stuck on a large job. Now, after the fact, I’m being told there was an “emergency,” which completely contradicts what I was told earlier.
This level of poor communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

punctual, professional and phenomenal! Eugene & Craig were knowledgeable and educated me on their process. fast and simple….my indoor air quality is back to amazing •• will use them again (=^_^=)

Jonathan, our Zero-Rez tech, did a fantastic work at cleaning our stairs and hallways, which were quite dirty due to being main traffic areas. I don’t have any “before” photos but here are the “after” ones. Jonathan was polite, prompt and a positive representative of your company.
