Can’t say enough good things about Bill. He came out on short notice. Has all the correct tools and knowledge to work on any AC unit. He was able to adjust and existing AC unit so it would run properly. Had another unit on my house that needed some freon and he was able to fix the leak and fill up with freon for an exceptionally fair price. Definitely don’t hesitate to give him a call. He won’t leave till everything is fixed and working properly.

Billy is very knowledgeable and came out the same day and was able to fix an ongoing problem that other companies couldn't figure out. So glad to find a trustworthy company!

He came to my rescue, got the ac up and running, was professional, efficient and reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

Our AC died in the middle of a heat wave, and I called them in a panic on a Friday afternoon. Bill was, at our house within a couple hours. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our unit without trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need.
Bill had the part in his truck, fixed it on the spot, and the price was extremely fair!
Honest, fast, fairly priced, and genuinely nice people. I highly recommend!!

I have had excellent experiences with the Critical Heating and Air Solutions Company. When our new air conditioner wouldn't work and we were suffering through one week of 100 degree weather, two different companies were called but couldn't solve our problem.

Great A/C Service!
Just had my A/C serviced and I'm so super happy with how everything went. Billy was genuinely friendly, showed up on time, and got straight to work. He explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand and didn't try to push any extra services at me.
He cleaned the unit and made sure it was running smoothly. Replaced a part for a reasonable price and even gave me a few tips.
You could tell he actually cared about doing customer service.
He made whole experience easy and I learned a lot. Definitely recommending them to anyone who needs A/C maintenance or repair!

The work was done by Jessie and a Supervisor. They responded to my bathroom plumbing leak the next day. The work was done quickly, and best of all, they were able to determine what was wrong, where I was not. The price is great. I really like the communication methods. Judy

Called Aloha plumbing to see if they could install a new pressure regulator valve. Jesse came out the same day and quickly fixed the issue. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely call them again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

A main water valve needed immediate attention at my property. I called Aloha and they were able to send out a technician within the hour. Eric arrived on-scene and diagnosed the issue. Within two hours the problem was fixed. Eric, front office staff were great. I would recommend Aloha.

Brian did a great job. Fast and efficient. Very friendly and kind. The toilet was clogged and I couldn’t turn off the water. He got that done quickly.

appreciated that Aloha Plumbing offers free estimates, which is a great service. However, I was disappointed when they bid $420 for a job that I later found out I didn't need. If they hadn't canceled last minute, I would have allowed a plumber to cut into my drywall and replace an icebox line unnecessarily, when the issue was actually with my RO system. While their intentions might have been to be thorough, the misdiagnosis was concerning. Make sure to double-check their recommendations

Frank showed up for a possible clogged sewer line which had backed up into 3 bathtubs. He opened the outside clean out and about that time the clog cleared itself out . He could have ran a snake and charged us . But he said no charge. That's a real honest company and employee. We will call him again in the future. Thanks again

I wrote a review last year after our initial job was complete, but wanted to add a second review as we’ve been so impressed and happy with this company. We’ve had them out several times over the last year and each time our Tech Bryan Resendez has been phenomenal. He’s always, prompt, efficient and has shown throughout the last year that he cares about their product and our happiness with it. We will be needing more home updates in the future and will be contacting Aloha, as we are truly happy with the service they provide. Thanks for all the help Bryan, you da man.

Ethan repaired a fill valve on one toilet, and had to run the snake to clear a blockage in the main line out of my master bathroom.

Russel arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He had my plumbing problem solved and repaired in minutes. Very professional. would recommend them to everyone.

Last week I had the pleasure of doing first time business with Aloha Plumbing, Heating and Air for a rental property I help manage. I wrote a review and said I would not hesitate to contact them again...I didn't think it would happen so soon.

Last night, in my own home, we had a flood in our kitchen.

I called Aloha Plumbing, Heating and Air first thing this morning and spoke with Courtney. I didn't mention her in my last review because I didn't have her name so I am happy to have it now. and without hesitation she said no problem we can have someone out there today.

The appointment was set up. Eric Sanger arrived on time and got right to work assessing the problem. He left to get the supplies he needed. When he came back he explained, in detail, what he would be doing and why. I really appreciated his expertise and, most of all, his honesty.

We spoke about the company and how the owners really care. I believe when a company treats its employee fairly it, in turn, treat its customers fairly as well. Everyone is a winner!

The customer service I have received from Courtney, Macy and Shea has been so refreshing and the technical service I have had from both Eric on this visit and Russell on the visit last week, has certified Aloha Plumbing, Heating and Air has created a returning customer.
