Great service

It was a true Blessing finding Garrett. I received a failed notice from Corona/Riverside County that my house had failed a backflow test. Not really knowing what a backflow test was Garrett took his time in explaining it to me. He was honest from the get-go by telling me the test are usually wrong. He showed up on time. He ran the test and he was correct that the initial test ran by the county was wrong and my house passed the test. Garrett was actually apologizing to me for this other company who came out and failed us even though it definitely wasn't his fault. Garrett then sends the test results off to the city for me. I would highly recommend this honest young man to anyone. I will definitely hold on to Garrett's number since this county test is an annual.

Southern California Backflow Services came out to do the maintenance for the backflow system at my apartment and everything went smooth. They showed up on time, explained what they were checking, and got the testing and maintenance done pretty quickly. You can tell they know what they’re doing and they were professional the whole time. If you need backflow testing or maintenance, I’d definitely recommend them.
