From the start, Josh and his team went above and beyond in their communication. He responded to all my questions within minutes and made sure I was always in the loop. What really stood out was how he communicated directly with my tenant to ensure their needs were met and kept them informed throughout the entire process.

They took extra precautions, setting up plastic tarps to protect areas that weren’t affected by the damage, which I truly appreciated. Despite the urgency, they were able to complete all the necessary repairs over the weekend and had everything finished by Tuesday.

With all of the rain we’ve had, you’d think no one would take the time to worry about our small leak issues, but he and his team took care of us and did great work. This review is long overdue, Bigs Roofing & Construction completed several projects at our home, including constructing and installing a new side gate, exterior electrical outlets, and ceiling fans in addition to replacing fascia boards and giving the home a roof tune-up. From start to finish, Geoff and his crew were attentive, professional, and detail oriented.

What stood out most was their commitment to ensuring the work was completed in time for our kids' birthday party, which meant a lot to our family. They coordinated efficiently and worked diligently without compromising the quality of their work.

Josef and his team were phenomenal. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and exceedingly timely. My contractor told me I needed insulation, Josef was out within a few hours, and the job was completed the following day. One could not ask for anything more.

We had rodents entering our house, attic and basement. This company solved our problem throughout the house, repaired insulation in the attic and re-insulated the basement. They were very effective in sealing the house (118 year old house) inside and outside, the crew was easy to work with, arriving for work within the time frame indicated, did the job thoroughly which involved checking many rodent traps for a couple of months. They were respectful of our home, always friendly with us, and minimized the disorder and intrusion this kind of work always creates.
I have another home project coming up in several months and I will be pleased to have them do more work in our home. Not a bargain price, but a very fair price.
