Had a great experience with United Electric. We used them through our home warranty insurance. They had good customer service over the phone, they helped me work with the insurance to make sure our claim was accurate and would be covered. The technician/contractor they sent out was great- he fixed both issues we had in a timely matter, communicated with us throughout the process, and was generally professional and courteous. Would definitely use united electric again.

United has been fantastic to work with. Customer service has been A+++. They've done their best to help me understand the process and what it takes to get the job done. Seems like they want it done correctly the first time while keeping me in the loop... which has been my experience with them. Very pleased with the quality of work and the experience working with them. Highly recommended!

Had a glass makeup jar get sucked down and lodged in the pipes of my toilet. United sent out an awesome technician, Luis Garcia, the next day and he figured out where it was and how to get it out, without even leaving a trace. Highly recommend!

I called upon United Electric to make adjustments to my solar system that the original installer either didn't know or care to do. United took care of it for me. Their people are very responsive to customers requests and very dependable. I wish I had bought my solar from them. I can highly recommend this contractor. It also occurred to me that I had years ago used them for electrical services and wrote them a positive review at that time.

Miguel arrived on time, and was extremely professional. We reviewed all the projects for the day and put them in order of importance. Miguel checked off each project one by one and reviewed what he did step by step. I am extremely happy with the work Miguel did and how the office coordinated the job. Everything went smoothly and better than expected. The pricing was very fair and straightforward, there were no surprises. I highly recommend United Electric, and especially Miguel!!

Wonderful customer service!! Mary Elizabeth is a stellar communicator and so very helpful. She was the one that told me what was going on with my Home warranty rather than Fidelity Luis. The installer was efficient and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your jobs.

The office manager, Bobbi, was in communication with me as soon as she had info on the appt. And with a two-hour window, let me know a better time frame. Excellent customer service.

The technician, Luis, was great! I was able to communicate with him via text. And when I met him at the property he was extremely professional and communicative. Five stars for sure! I would use them again hands down.

I needed a transfer switch installed to my home in order to go from the power grid to a generator during a power outage.
I called United Services to send out a tech to look at my project and to give me an estimate. They sent out Jesse who was prompt and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and gave me a quote in short order. I called them back to set up a time and date for the install which was set for 4 days later.
On the day of the install, Miguel arrived on time and was very friendly. He answered the few questions I had and was very knowledgeable. He got right to work and was finished sooner than expected. The quality of work was excellent and he stayed within the quoted price.
Overall, I’m very pleased that I chose United Services for my electrical project.

I emailed United Electric on a Saturday afternoon to see about getting a quote for a Tesla charger installed in our garage. I received a call later that evening from Jon. Jon was very helpful at explaining our options and said they were available and to get back to him anytime. Right after our call he emailed us a quote. We decided to move forward with United because they were on top of getting back to us and the communication was great. Miguel was our technician who did the install and did a great job. He was very neat with his work and was done quicker than I was expecting. I highly recommend United Electric!

John and Luis came to my parents house today to fix an electrical issue they were having.
John asked several clever questions on our initial call and so when they got here they were 100% ready and fixed the issue even under the time he quoted us.
John and Luis were very knowledgeable, precise and kind to work with.
They even cleaned up their work area and put everything back afterwards :)
After this great experience, we feel we can trust John & Luis and we will absolutely only use them going forward!

I had a great experience with UE and Miguel who did the work. He was communicative and provided insight when I needed help with design. He was kind and cleaned up the space nicely. He put in two ceiling fans and some recessed lighting for me and it looks great! Would recommend UE and definitely a big thank you to Miguel!

Luis from United Electric was great. He hung my range hood for me to finish of my appliances. Was super clean, efficient and very friendly. Tracking for my appointment was also great and easy to plan accordingly. Would recommend!

Luis always does a great job. He replaced our faucet and was on time, efficient, tidy, and personable. I like that we had another leaky faucet to replace but he suggested a gunk cleaning and adjustment of the valves instead and that solved the problem. Luis is a great plumber and will always call for his services. Thanks again!
