I rarely leave reviews, but Eric has been such a blessing I’m very happy to leave one for him here. We’ve had some of the “big” pool services care for our pool and spa over the years. The service was always really disappointing. Since Eric took over our service we have had a perfect, sparkling spa every week and have encountered zero problems! What a delightful change! He is prompt, easy to communicate with, and does a fantastic job. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking for a pool man who cares about you and your pool!!!

Has been serving my community for over two years The workmanship is amazing the service is great and very affordable.

Eddie Yniguez and CREW were personable,knowledgeable plus very professional.
Spent four days at our condo building (5 stories) vacuuming and pressure washing (rain gutters) the entire structure with surgical precision.

We recently moved into a new home and we needed the side of our home and the window ledges cleaned. Eddie was friendly, candid, and professional from the very first phone call. The window ledges were very dirty when we moved in and now they are clean thanks to Eddie. We are very grateful for Chanel Islands Pressure Washing.

Eddie and Daniel showed up to my home this morning to clean my grungy 30 year old glaze fired concrete tile roof. Eddie said he would use a low pressure wash for the tiles so as not to break them. Eddie and Daniel make a great team working together to thoroughly clean the tiles, but additionally cleaned debris from my roof deck and my neighbor's steps.
Besides leaving me with a new looking roof, they used the reclaimed and filtered wash water to rinse the tile roof. When they were done, there was no wasted water or mess to clean up.
I really couldn't be happier!

Eddie was a lifesaver! We had to clean up after a big Thanksgiving charity event and Eddie gave us his full attention and far more time for a relatively small job by his standards. Eddie did an amazing job at my home in Thousand Oaks! He was able to make 20 years of dirt and grime disappear. The backyard, driveway and walkway look like new concrete. I will definitely use Channel Islands Pressure Washing again.
