I really like the cleanliness of the exterior of my home. It stands out in the neighborhood and gets a lot of attention from others. In this era of water conservation I appreciate the crew capturing much of the run off and putting it back in the planters. Win win!

Communication was great. Job was scheduled and completed the same week. They cleaned up around the work area, the windows, screens, gutters and doors. Everything looked clean and neat. Provided before and after photos for my insurance provider. The whole processs was very easy. Would absolutely recommend and great to support a local community business.

Although I did not end up needing a complete roof cleaning service, Aaron came out & performed a “drone inspection” with photos.
My insurance was not renewing my policy claiming that there was mold, algae, mildew, etc. growing on my roof from the spring rains causing damage. His photos & report forwarded to the insurance proved no traces of any bacteria, which then allowed my policy to be renewed. Aaron’s honest approach saved me a lot of money & aggravation. Thank You!

Wahoo was a lifesaver when my home insurance company was threatening to cancel my insurance based on a satellite image of my roof. Wahoo cleaned up the tile roof and flat roof and provided drone photos. Aaron from Wahoo went above and beyond to work with the requirements of the insurance company to make sure I kept my insurance. He made an extra trip to my house for more photos. Highly recommend him and his company.

I wish I could give 6 stars for Wahoo Tile Roof Cleaning! Aaron was extremely responsive to my request to clean my roof tiles. He and his team did a stellar job! I have been recommending them to everyone I know, especially if you get a notice from your insurance company that they could drop you due to algae/moss on your tiles. One of the best companies around - honestly!

Aaron was excellent to work with. He helped us out greatly with an inspection for algae on the roof of our home when our home insurance threatened to cancel our policy renewal. We had a great experience with Wahoo from start to finish. Aaron did a great job explaining EVERYTHING to us. We got his name from a roofer and then were also referred to him by a neighbor with a glowing recommendation. His crew showed up on time, did their work, sent us wonderful before and after pictures, and completely cleaned up after themselves. We had to do the cleaning to appease the insurance company and the process was painless, which we really appreciated.

From the first phone call, to the follow up pictures we never wondered what was happening or when it would happen.
If you ever need pressure washing or roof cleaning, do yourself a favor and call Wahoo TRC. I called 4 contractors and 2 called back. Wahoo is licensed & Bonded. Most are not nor was the second call back. I validated his credentials with BBB & CSLB. All were in great standings.
Wahoo made sure the neighbors were cleaned up and he also made sure no chemicals were used that would hurt our plants or affect the marina's eco system.
All of our gutters were cleaned out and all of the other surfaces were sprayed down. It was left cleaner than when they showed up.
Thank you Wahoo Team for providing a superior service and allowing us to maintain our insurance policy with a clean roof.

Throughout my entire adult life, I have dealt with many companies, tradesmen, workers and Vendors and I have never been more impressed then I am with Wahoo. Aaron was extremely responsive from my first text. He called me immediately and set up an appointment that day. He inspected the tile roof (which was filthy) and then proceeded to tell me it would take three days and in that time, they would power wash the roof, clean all rain gutters and downspouts, power wash the house, windows, concrete around the house AND clean all the windows! I was skeptical but put my faith in them and they did not disappoint! They were here on time on all three days, worked so hard and left everything clean until they started again the next day. The results were like night and day. Never would I have thought my roof looked THAT bad but now it looks like we had a new roof installed. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron and Wahoo. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
