Fantastic people, incredibly sweet!! Highly recommend

I highly recommend All Termite & Pest. Jeff, the company owner was so honest & straightforward. He explained everything. I would enthusiastically recommend him to my neighbors, friends & family. Much better to go with his company than one of the big corporate types.

My husband and I had been dealing with ants problem for years. We call All Termite & Pest. Jeff Avila the owner responded to our call very promptly and with proffessionalism. He came to our house and explain the process with transparancy. He walked the property and informed us exactly what our problem was and where originated. He worked quickly and give us thorough instructions of what he was doing and what we needed to do and how we were no longer going to have a bug issue. He treated the whole perimeter and located the colonies that was causing the problem. The next day not a single ant was around. We were so happy and amazed of the outcome. That day, we signed up our pest control service to insure that we will never have any bug problem. I will highly recommend All Termite & Pest to anyone, family and friends. Jeff was professional, punctual and took the time to explain the treatment process. We noticed a big improvement after the service. Pricing was fair. Great customer service, prompt response. All Termite and Pest treated my house for termites as well as repaired the wood damage from the termites and rot. The work done was exceptional. Jeff and Meliza made the whole experience very easy for me from the first call made to them to the end result of all the work they did to my house. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Jeff did my inspection & treatment. He was very easy to communicate with & I was very happy with his suggestions.

All Pest is awesome. Jeff is excellent, does thorough inspections, is extremely knowledgeable, and straight to the point. We get a lot of door to door pest controls, but so long as All Pest is around, theres only one number that I need. If you're in the area and think you have an issue, give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

I had the external perimeter of the house done and he came a day early (the day I called actually) because he was in the area so that was nice and he explained why he uses what he does and what to expect and by when (effective but not immediate as he summed up). He and his staff were friendly and easy to work with.

When I first met Jeff I had a problem in the front of my house that Terminix told me they were going to charge me $3,000 Plus when Jeff came over it was $1500 plus my service maintenance was 1/3 of what Terminix charged Plus it took forever to cancel their service I had waited on phone for 45 minutes and then with Jeff I had a cell phone number if I needed anything.

I highly recommend All Termite and Pest. Jeff was on every aspect of the job and was extremely responsive every step of the way.

I had been battling those small black ants for years at my house in Camarillo. I tried everything and nothing worked. We had grown to accept that those pesky ants would forever be in our food, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. I really didnt think there was anything that would work until my wife scheduled a treatment from All Termite & Pest. After one treatment the ants were gone. It has been two weeks since treatment and I have yet to see one ant. I am totally blown away. They came and where able to identify where the colonies were. I am going to have them repeat this treatment every 3 months to keep them at bay. Such a relief. I should have done this a long time ago. Thank you All Termite & Pest. Amazing Job!

Jeff Avila is the very best, he did a fabulous job trying to rid my house of a squirrel that drop in through the stove vent! Terrorizing my mom , me and our cat for a full 24 hours overnight. He's helped us numerous times before with termites, wood rot repair he's such a professional and nice guy that I called him 1st thing in the morning and he came within a hour captured squirrel 🐿️ after much chasing! Jeff was highly recommended by my realtors who have done business with him for many years. He has an excellent reputation and I can see why. He is knowledgeable, prompt, has fair pricing and an all around nice guy to work with along with a very accommodating office staff.

Called Jeff when termite droppings were found. He responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, did the remediation, and then repaired some wood damage all within just a few days. He had a splice in 2 pieces wood that were badly damaged. The repair is so smooth, I can’t even tell where it was done.
All Termite and Pest is definitely my go-to.
