First, I would like to start off by saying that I am a Mother to an 18 month old, a full-time employee, and a full-time student working on my bachelors degree. At the end of the day my time is lacking and energy gone, and this is where Marching Maids saved me. With a last minute appointment made by an appraiser, I contacted Zach at Marching Maids in Camarillo, whom was extremely accomodating with our busy schedules. His team came in and deep cleaned my 3 bedroom 2 bath home for what I thought was a very reasonable price. The difference was amazing and my bathtubs, sinks, and fixtures have never been so clean! Cleaner than when I bought the house! The beds were made, baseboards wiped down, wall marks disappeared, appliances wiped down, cleaned the inside of the microwave, did a load of dishes, the list goes on and on. I am so impressed and thankful with their work, I will be using them on a reoccuring basis!

Zach and his team have been cleaning my house now for 5 months. And I am happy to say I have not mopped or dusted, not once; in that time. As a busy professional, mom, wife, and community organizer I didn't want to spend my weekends "off" cleaning and washing. Instead have the time to spend with my family. Marching maids have taken a huge on going list of to-dos off my plate and I couldn't be happier to recommend them to my friends and family.

I've been through a few dishonest cleaners and I'm happy to say that "finding an honest keeper" is behind me. They arrive in a team of 2 and buzz through the house in 2 hours. If you are looking for weekly, bi monthly or just a one time job marching maids is a great choice.

The online scheduling and bill pay is so convenient. No remembering to leave a check or remembering to call if we are on vacation and need to skip a week. All can be done from my login. Very handy.

Another great thing about marching maids is their pricing is straight forward. If you want to add oven cleaning or window washing or fridge wipe down it's a flat rate for them to take care of it. No quotes, or time wasted. Just results.

In short again, I'd recommend them highly.

During an active fire this company was hawking their services while our neighbors were actively losing their homes. Shame on this company. I added a picture from their promotion on Nextdoor. I will never support this business now.

After a slight scheduling conflict, Marching Maids came prepared, on time, and ready to clean with smiles on their faces. They did a very thorough job in a timely manner. The owner, Zach, even stopped by to introduce himself and thank me in person for being so accommodating. Great staff and great results! I have my next cleaning appointment already scheduled :)

Recently had Lia as the cleaner and while there was a bit of a learning curve, she has been very receptive to feedback and I've been very pleased with her work and her demeanor...a sweetheart!

Scheduled service weeks ago. Asked for 3 -4 cleaners as it is a larger house. 2 cleaners show up. They drive up recording a video of the property- a red flag for security. The cleaners were unfriendly from the start. They walked the home and try to shake me down and charge extra. I had to call Zach multiple times telling my concerns and communicating between him and his cleaners. Something he should be doing. Then the cleaners decide to just leave without notice, forcing me to scramble to find another cleaner before we move in the next day. Zach was unaccommodating and didn’t bother to find replacement cleaners. He has questionable cleaners who are clearly not background checked nor reliable. Avoid referral companies like this. This owner admitted he doesn’t even meet his assigned cleaners in person nor inspect their quality of work.

The best decision I could have made! I have been looking for a cleaning service for quite some time and Marching Maids did not disappoint! Me and my hubby have very busy lifestyles so to find a cleaning service that we can trust to come in and call me after the service is completed to review is so refreshing! The owner is so friendly and he really cares about his team and their efforts. He expects 100% satisfaction from his customers so i know that he and his team are working hard so that his customers are 100% excited about their services. I also like the ability that we can give a gift card as a gift...i will definitely be sending gift cards to friends that I know could use their amazing service! Our cleaner did a very thorough job! We are very happy. Next time I’ll have a deep cleaning of the grout and my place with be perfect!!

While the woman who came to clean was polite and seemed to work hard, there was a lot to be desired. It was supposed to be a super deep cleaning. There were a lot of areas in the kitchen and bathrooms that were missed. These were obvious places. Also, it seemed like the towels/rags she used to clean with may have had a lot of residue on them as there was wipe marks all over the places she cleaned. I had agreed to two people coming and the cleaning taking place from 8:00-10:00. She was at my home for close to 4 hours. I would have expected a much more thorough job. There were obvious areas on simple things like the kitchen counters and shower shelves as well as areas that weren’t vacuumed in the living room. Even the blinds I paid extra money to have cleaned weren’t done well. Clumps of spiderweb and missed spots. One thing that was cleaned well was the stove and oven.

In general, I feel I over paid significantly for the service I received.

Laura was amazing and the company was so wonderful- we booked late at night hoping to get someone in to clean first thing in the morning and they accommodated our request. Laura did an amazing job, the bathroom was a gross mess and she left it beautiful and sparking clean.

The cleaners did an amazing job on the house. This was our first time using them, and we were so impressed. They did better than any other cleaner we’ve had before. I’m glad we found them and can’t wait to book them again!
