I ran aa vent test on our dryer. The Samsung dryer has a test settig, and to my horror it revealed a 90% clog. We're lucky we haven't had a fire! The dryer is only 2 and a half years old, but our 1970's Leisure Village rental has a vent about 25' long. Our use couldn't possibly have clog it. This means that who knows how many years it's been since (if ever) been cleaned. I can't believe that ours is Leas. Vill's only dryer vent that's dangerously clogged. Our repair man, Nick Austin, even said he recently unclogged one 100% clogged not in the Village.

I chose AirWorks because they advertised that are a family run business with ethical practices. GLAD I DID! Nick Austin showed up with a wide friendly smile with his work shoe booties in hand. He got to work right away and made sure he didn't miss a single lint or dust particle. The dryer test was now at 100% open and cleared!

Nick was kind enough to help move our refrigerator so I could retrieve a fallen item behind it. Then he checked our central ac/heater for its loud jet noise. He explained that the ac/heat. is newer but that our ducts were not changed and we're too small to handle the stronger air pressure. You can be sure that we will be calling our management realtor to have Air Works do the job!

What's the point of having an address and photo of the building when there's no office here? And no one answered the phone despite my calling within business hours. No biggie, though, I'm sure the reviews are accurate just this was my experience. Only had a few questions about what it's like working in HVAC anyway nothing special.

On the coldest day of the year, our furnace stopped working. We placed a call to John's Heating & Air at 4:30 pm and a technician was at our house by 7:30 pm. Our furnace is old and parts are hard to find, but they had found a gas valve and had it fixed by 3:30 pm the next day. We are now shopping for a new furnace, and John's Heating & Air will definitely be first on our list of providers.
