We’ve had a great experience with our gardening service. The monthly walk-through with Sam is especially helpful—he takes the time to point out what’s been done, what needs attention, and offers thoughtful suggestions to keep everything looking its best. I have been using Goldenstate Landscapes for some time now, at an apartment complex which is a large property. The landscapers do a great job in maintaining the grass, bushes, trees, etc. I am very pleased with the service.

Goldenstate Landscapes has been my landscaping vendor at the various apartment communities I've managed for over 10 years and are just as wonderful today as they were then. Recently, they've added a few new staff members, which has only improved communication overall and feel that items are being addressed quickly when needed. Everyone on the team is very friendly and helpful. Goldenstate does large projects for us like tree trimming and brush clearance annually, and also are our day to day gardeners for all of our on-site work daily. Robert the owner is easy to get in touch with if needed, but his team is able to address anything that comes up.

The team at Goldenstate can be relied on to carry through with simple jobs or complex installations, maintenance, and landscape design. They have a breadth of specialties ranging from traditional color changes to a deep knowledge of SoCal natives and drought-tolerant landscaping. Everyone from our daily groundskeeper,, Miguel, to CEO, Robert, is an absolute pleasure to work with on a regular basis.

Great cutomer service and attention to detail; always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Very satisfied. Big shout to Al for always being so kind and understanding of our very particular needs.

I am very pleased with using Goldenstate Landscaping for recent landscaping.

These guys were servicing Chumash Park (4/6/26), they were blowing towards the playground were children were playing and blew all the grass, dirt, etc onto people's blankets. I know the job needs to be done but not courteous at all. I must've inhaled a bucket of dirt from them.

They never return phone calls and never answer their phones.

Craig, the owner, is super responsive to questions and requests. Our crew does an amazing thorough job each week. They are always finding something new to make beautiful!!! Our grounds have never looked better.

Colima Landscape transformed our yard into a beautiful front landscape oasis including plants, trees, drip irrigation, fence, pavers and driveway expansion. The fence and pavers set the tone for the update, are high quality to last for years to come. The crew was efficient, on time and talented. We feel blessed.

Martin did a really great job and great pricing. Hardscape and landscaping was really nice and very quick to complete our project.
I recently also had problems with an existing sprinkler system and as busy as he is he made time to take care of this along with some grass issues. Very responsive.

Martin and his team did a wonderful job adding concrete to the side of my home,My driveway and throughout my backyard.Along with that I had trees planted along my backyard and one in front of my home! We recently moved into a new development, so had zero backyard. After deciding on a paver patio and a decomposed granite path around the house, we contacted several different companies. We met with Martin Herrera who took the time to help us consider different options and materials for both patio and path. Once we decided on a design, we scheduled a date to start the work. Although delayed just a bit due to all things 2020/2021 (Covid). when Martin and his crew arrived on scene, they more than made up for it by doing a great job, working neatly and efficiently. The work crew was great and Martin stopped by the next week to check it out himself. The finished product is wonderful, now we wait for some warmer weather to enjoy it!
