I contacted Jessica, the owner, who was initially very prompt with her response and assured me that the girls in her crew were all vaccinated. Even though my house was already pretty clean she said that she would need to charge me $100 extra for a deep clean to get things up to her standards. I agreed and expected everything to be spotless.
Well the 4 girls showed up and they were in the home for a total of 1.5 hours only. They did not take the time to arrange things back neatly and left areas dirty (they did not vacuum a small area rug downstairs or vacuum the litter box area; they also left out a step ladder in the middle of the room after they were done using it). Not to mention they trampled all over the house without shoe coverings on.
I was willing to give them another chance since they were supposed to come back in two weeks. However, the day before the owner tells me that she can't send the crew back because two of the girls are unvaccinated all of a sudden (which makes me wonder if she was even being honest in the first place). I explained to her that they didn't do a complete job last time and I was willing to let it go on the grounds that they would be back and hopefully improve, but since that isn't going to happen, she should at least compensate for the short notice and for the mediocre job they did before. Jessica was not willing to accommodate my request or to make arrangements to send a vaccinated crew back to my house. I would not recommend her cleaning company to anyone because she is not reliable or trustworthy.
