General Contractor reviews in Campbell, California

I had an amazing experience working with Casa Utopia Builders, and I have to give a special shoutout to Raz for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. I’m based in San Jose, and from start to finish, everything felt seamless, professional, and genuinely well thought out.

Raz was incredibly communicative, detail-oriented, and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure every detail was executed perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and great customer service the way he does.

The quality of work truly speaks for itself. Everything turned out even better than I envisioned. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and talented builder, I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

We hired Casa Utopia Builders to remodel both of our guest and master bathrooms. As we wanted high-quality materials and workmanship, I spent some time trying to find a reputable and flexible builder, with experience working with whole slab porcelain, solid material shower pans, curbless designs, licensing, design and a good network of suppliers and fabricators to work with. As these materials are expensive, it was very important that we find good contractors that are properly insured and licensed. Together with their designer Rinat, we came up with a design that met my requirements, as well as good suggestions to improve the design and alleviate costs by introducing us to new suppliers and options. The 3D renders were very accurate at predicting what the final project eventually looked like. The project proceeded in a streamlined manner, with the only delays associated with booking appointments for city inspections and some delivery delays of materials, both of which were not the responsibility of Casa Utopia. Casa Utopia was able to coordinate and work well with our glass installers to ensure proper drainage was supported. The team hired cleaners to ensure the worksite was tidy and clean and ready for use. Communication was frequent, prompt and professional, making project execution very efficient. The construction crew of Pablo and all his team, as well as the project manager, Raz were always very accommodating, professional and hard-working. Any requests we had were responded to within a day. We would definitely consider using Casa Utopia for any future projects due to this wonderful experience.

Smoothest bathroom remodel I’ve done, came out great and pretty quickly too. Their designer and preplanning helps things go well and on time.

Our experience with Casa Utopia was fantastic. They worked on the remodeling of our master bathroom, guest bathroom and powder room, as well as replacing the flooring of our stairs and bedroom from carpet to SPC floor. Their team delivered with high professionalism, and effective communication. Our remodeling journey started with Rinat, their designer, with her talented creative design input that helped us turn our dream into reality, providing helpful advice on materials and layout. Then, we had an amazing Project Manager, Robert. Robert was very responsive and trustworthy, in addition to being courteous and making sure every concern gets an immediate solution, coming every day to our house to check on the progress of his team, sending daily pictures/videos and asking for our feedback to make sure everything was the way we liked. His crew was incredible too. Christian and his team were very efficient, attentive to our needs, and their execution was excellent.
Casa Utopia went above and beyond and were thorough professionals. The entire process was a breeze, thanks to a seamless communication. From start to finish, the Casa Utopia team was outstanding in every way—professional, knowledgeable, receptive, and incredibly detail-oriented. It is truly impressive Robert listened to and reads every single question we had and always gave complete and succinct responses. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall execution were excellent, and the final result looks beautiful We strongly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Elior & team are the best in the business.

Did my kitchen with Casa Utopia and I am so happy with the results. Great company, very professional, will use them again

The whole process was very professional starting from permitting to closing. The contractor took care of minor things that may not have fallen strictly in the scope of the work.

We had a great experience working with Casa Utopia on our skylights—great communication, quick turnaround, reasonable quote, and project turned out well!

‏ I have picked up Casa Utopía Builders to remodel my kitchen
Their project manager Raz has came up with wonderful design ideas that made me move forward with him and this was absolutely a great decision I have made
Their entire team was very helpful and friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone that I know in need of any construction project !

This is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. Every member of the crew was highest quality and an expert. There was no cleanup left for me which is always important. Hire them!!

Very great remodel from what we had before! Highly recommend this company

Great service provided by Elior from Casa Utopia. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, new paint- everything done correctly and by the California building code.
Elior was prompt and responded to all our questions. He was able to deliver great customer service and the end result is stunning! Would definitely recommend him and this company. 5-star management and final results!

Im so grateful for all the help and work that was done by Casa Utopia Builders. I had a major water damage in my house in San Jose due to old water heater and because of that, half of my house had to be renovated. I hired Casa Utopia Builders to do a build-back after restoration company completed their scope of work. Casa Utopia Builders renovated my entire kitchen, living/family area, half bathroom, entry and the garage. I was very stressed out since it was the first time in my life that I had a big water damage and had to renovate half of my house, but Elior, the owner and the Project Manager, made the whole process easy for me. They have a lot of good ideas when it comes to design and helped me with choosing finishing materials like tiles, countertops etc. They're using special construction software called "Job Progress", so I was able to see the work progress, job schedule and my payments. I'm planning to do ADU in the back of my house in the future and I will definitely hire them again!

Elior is just an amazing general contractor, him and his crews did an a great job of adding 1,000 square foot to my house, including a new kitchen, two rooms and a bathroom.
Everything from the blueprints, the design of the kitchen and bathroom to the construction went well, professional, clean with high attention to the details.
Thank you Casa Utopia Builders.

I worked with Raz(proj mgr) and Daniel(contractor) to upgrade my small upstairs bathroom to code and they did finish the job professionally and on time. The renovation team demonstrated professionalism and reliability throughout the entire project. They consistently showed up during normal business hours, maintaining a steady pace of progress that allowed them to finish the bathroom renovation within the promised 3 week time frame. There were some unexpected issues along the way but at least they were able to resolve it quickly. Although they clearly knew what they were doing with the marble wall, in hindsight I wished I paid more attention to detail of marble consistency and caulking color choices to match with the look I desired. Additionally, be prepared for the inevitable. Once demolition begins, hidden issues are often uncovered, leading to additional expenses. Overall, I am happy with my new bathroom.

The bathroom is spectacular. Soooo much nicer than before Casa Utopia Builders Inc Magic. I really appreciate everything you did and how you presented yourself to us. Professional. Friendly. Trustworthy. I felt comfortable with you and thus business agreed and completed. I personally thank you 🙏🏼 Your guys were awesome. I felt comfortable with them. They kept me informed and in the loop. Jonny O. was excellent. For example it appeared the large lighted medicine cabinet had a crack across the main mirror. I processed a return and ordered a new one. Jonny realized it was glue from packing not cleaned off. He cleaned it. Brand New! I canceled the new order. I canceled the cancellation. One of many examples. I will do business with you again!

We recently had our small bathroom renovated -- complete teardown and rebuild. After speaking with several contractors, I chose Casa Utopia builders. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor for this job -- they were prompt, professional, and consistent; and did I mention prompt? Elior, Raz, Rinat, Daniel and team were thorough professionals. From getting help with finished product selection to getting inspections done on time so that there's no delay, I was constantly amazed by their professionalism. We will definitely be going back to Casa Utopia builders for future projects.

After speaking to multiple contractors for our kitchen remodeling project, we decided to move forward with Casa Utopia. I'm super happy with our decision. Elior, Raz and team are prompt, reliable and professional. They started the project right on time as promised and did a great job seeing the project through to completion! As with any complex remodeling project there were surprises like - replacing subflooring in a hallway, installing an additional pipeline for gas, additional electrical work etc. They handled all these as true professionals. We are fully satisfied with the end result and would recommend Casa Utopia to anyone looking to remodel in their house. A special shout out to Daniel and his team who did a fabulous job installing our backsplash, cabinets and lighting!

When it comes to craftsmanship, I can't say enough good things about the work done by casa utopia. Their attention to detail and skillful execution really stood out throughout the remodeling process. Every aspect of their work showcased their exceptional craftsmanship. I was truly impressed by the quality and precision they brought to the project. I highly recommend this contractor for anyone looking for top-notch craftsmanship in their home renovations. They exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the results! 🙌🔨✨

Casa Utopia Builders did a fantastic job from the planing all the way to the building of my second story 800 sqft addition to my house.
Elior and his team are very professional, reliable, they provided solutions to each obstacles through the entire project.
The crews left everyday a clean job site, Elior inspected each details almost every day.
It took them 5 mounts to finish the project, 45 days before the deadline.

After a really bad experience with another Contractor, we were almost planning to shelf our home extension project when we got in touch with Casa Utopia. Elior came in, talked to us and reinstated confidence and certainty on day 1. And now after the project is complete we are so glad that we trusted this company. They are experts in their respective areas, very well coordinated and always on time! We would recommend this company whole heartedly and if we have any other future project they will undoubtedly our go to contractors. Thanks Elior and team for all the work, dedication and commitment from your end to help us build our dream extension.
