Killroy Pest Control is a service that I will never ever cut from my budget. We live in the southern hills of San Martin, south of San Jose, and the way I describe the spiders here to others is, "We got spiders so big you can see them in the dark." Our Tech, Steve Peterson, is one of my favorite persons in my life because he keeps the spiders away and gives me such greater peace of mind in our house and I can actually relax and not have spiders on my mind or running across the floor!

I thought Killroy did a very good job on my subterranean termite problems. They were easy to work with and went the extra mile for me. But I also signed up for dry wood termite fumigation and they subcontracted out to "First Class Fumigation". I was not at all impressed with First Class Fumigation, they were not easy to work with, self serving at every turn and didn't do all what they said & didn't clean up mess they made. With First Class Fumigation you must even sign a waiver that if your roof gets trashed they are not responsible. Killroy Pest Control is very good but I think they would do well find a better subcontractor for fumigation.

Xavier did an amazing job at fixing our Rodent problems! He was knowledgable, on-time, and happy to help in any way possible! Highly recommend him for any of your pest control needs!

I have been with Kilroy for over a decade. The service has always been excellent and their staff are consistently fun to talk with. I have a unique animal situation and the team is very careful to ensure no risk to my exotic animal.

Just do not look further!!! This is the one. I had several bids to treat a subterranean termite infestation in my garage. Killroy is absoulutly got me the best quality service for the best price on the market. David Flowers, the manager, was very friendly, honest and did a detailed inspection before the treatment. On the service day, Joshua, the technician, was on time and professionally took care of my house. He neatly drilled the holes in the concrete to inject the Termidore as shown in the pictures. Thank you David and Joshua.

We have been using Killroy Pest Control for over 15 years on a semi-monthly basis using their Sensitive Solution to keep insect outdoors. Recently we had rates and bunny get into the crawl spaces and they quickly eliminated the issue and gave us recommendations to keep them from gaining access again. They are always very professional and on time. I highly recommend anyone looking for a pest control service to give them a call.

Brian from Killroy Campbell is the epitome of professional calm. I do not do well with bugs in the house. I remember the day he arrived; smart, polite, and completely without judgement. He swiftly assessed the problem and then returned at regular intervals until it was solved. His repairs were incredibly neat and precise. If I could give ten stars out of five I would.

We have used Killroy for years now. Daniel is our guy that always takes care of us. He always comes to help us really quickly when we call. We have had minimal pest issues since we started using them. I highly recommend using them!

Killroy is great. They are super knowledgeable about any pest that might be coming in or around your house and they are very thorough. I can text them with questions and I always get a response quickly. They are also very professional and on time. If there were 6 stars, I would give them 6!!!

Very friendly staff. The assistant was very helpful in booking an inspection fast, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with a plan and estimate, and was okay when we decided to contact our own handyman for part of the improvements. He gave us heads up calls on the way at every visit. Overall, we were happy with the service. Ratatouille no longer lives under our house!

I highly recommend that anyone that has a rodent issue contact Kilroy. If at all possible, request the assistance of Brian. His knowledge, patience and work ethic was absolutely outstanding!

We heard scratching noises in the attic and was quite sure (or so we thought) we have rodent issues. Called Killroy based on friends and neighbors' recommendations.

I had good impression with the staff on the phone. They're professional and clear on expectations and pricing. This is in contrast to 2 other companies we called, both basically refused to provide info over the phone and just pushed for an inspection visit.

Rudy was our technician. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and made sure we understand pricing and what to expect before proceeding. I appreciate this step.

After inspection, he said he didn't see enough evidence of the presence of rodents. He talked with us more to get further details on the noises we heard and hypothesized alternative explanations.

Instead of setting traps to be sure there is no rodent problems (which he has to charge us for), he put a walnut in our attic and told us to check it ourselves in 2 weeks. If the walnut is still there, then we can be sure there is no rodent. And if the walnut is gone, we can call him back at that time.

Based on this experience, I recommended Killroy (Rudy in particular) to a friend. Rudy went to their house 2 days later, and upon learning that they have been setting traps themselves, he taught them how to better set traps, so that, unless they prefer, they won't need to pay him to do so.

I appreciate Rudy's help greatly. Such honest business approach is also very rare these days. I highly recommend Killroy!

We had a rodent problem, and our exterminator Bryan was great. He was very patient and professional. He identified the problem quickly, noted where the entrance points were on the property, set up traps, recommended fixes, and was extremely responsive to our needs. He also made sure to message me when he was on his way, and met our time windows well within expectations. Would recommend.

We have used Killroy for over 20+ years. Steve Peterson is very personable and calls ahead of time to let us know when he's going to service our home. Once he's onsite, he follows up with us on previous issues to ensure they've been resolved or checks to see if we are having any new issues.
