I called out All Bay Refrigeration and they came out within a day or two. He made sure to arrive early enough to be done before my restaurant got busy. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and returned in a few days to install again avoiding my busy time. Labor cost was what I expected and reasonable. His work was quality and no problems so far. I will definitely use them again.

All Bay Refrigeration is the only company I trust to come work on our Subzero. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He is also responsive and will provide his perspective to help us understand the issue and resolution.

We found out about All Bay through our American Home Shield warranty program. Not all service providers are created equal. All Bay is one of the good ones. They were proactive in contacting us, on time for their scheduled appointment time window and called us back quickly once our Subzero parts arrived. Our technician also told me what to expect as I waited for the refrigerator section to start working again. It saved me when my wife was getting concerned it was not cooling quickly fast enough for her.

My very old sub-zero was not cooling on the fresh food side of the fridge. Darren came prepared with a starter in case that was the part that was broken. Unfortunately, it wasn't. But he diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part for replacement. He was responsive to phone calls and text messages, very knowledgeable about Sub-zero products, professional and honest. I have him on my phone contact list now, highly recommend All Bay Refrigeration.

Darren was extremely knowledgeable had all the right tools and works very well on Sub Zero Fridges. He came on time wastes no effort or time and within a short period he was able to make all the right diagnosis, get the parts and come back to fix everything in 1.5 hours.
