Eco Grizzly Chimney was very informative, honest and helpful. The technician measured my space and reviewed my options of getting a gas vs. electric insert. It turned out that what I was looking for (Electric log set) could be purchased on Amazon and plugged into the outlet near my fireplace. He suggested I would probably be happy with this option. He even found the Amazon link and sent it to me! He didn’t want to oversell me something I really didn’t need. You can trust this company to be honest and dependable.
