I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The plumber arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our old, rusty pipe and had it fixed within the hour. He also took the time to explain what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. My wonderful experience all started with Steven. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of our questions. He showed us multiple options and was very patient with our questions about appropriate financing. He really found us the best deal for our home needs and our financial constraints.

Our install team was Dan, Edgar, and Marco and they were amazing! They kept me updated, worked hard and efficiently, and always had a smile on their faces. They came on time every day and were patient with my work schedule and with my kids being home in the afternoon! Everyone was pleasant, professional, and did a great job.

Overall, the install went smoothly - if any issues did arrive Steven notified me immediately -- and I'm so happy with it. And, of course, the system is great! Steven walked me through setting up my Nest thermostat, what maintenance on the system would look like, and helped me feel comfortable setting up and running our new system in our home.

I'm so glad I went with this company and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I give them my highest recommendation!

Andy he came out this morning and Serviced my heating air conditioner system. I was delighted that he finally fixed the ongoing noise problem with the heater rattling. He was polite, clean, and Good at his job.

I recently purchased a home built in 1957 which had a 30 year old AC/heating equipment. This home had a second floor with window air conditioners. I thought I was going to need a second AC system for the 2nd floor but Tassio Temperature Control was able to design a system that addressed both floors at a very fair price. The professional install team, Ramiro, Oscar, and Salvador did a great job installing the system. Would highly recommend Tassio Temperature Control.

We had a great maintenance visit from Tassio this morning. He was very efficient and took his time to share all the inspection results with perfect explanation of all details. From the very first moment of meeting Tassio to this moment this morning Tassio has been an A++++ professional, very nice and all around the Best heating and a/c Team out there. Ronnie was great. Explained things well. Have had issues with appointments made in past. Today’s appointment was told was later but, Ronnie showed at original time frame. Have had issues with appointments not on computer in past. I call day of to make sure I’m going to have someone arrive on day of appointment always. Busy company and busy customers that need appointments placed in Tassio system.

Great, detailed service! Explained all that was dine and showed photos. Moreover, he explained the photos. Great, engaging, and plesant demeanor and a very positive attitude. All of this goes a ling way in building and establishing trust. I feel comfortable that I am not getting ripped off.
