Wow I do not understand how a company can make an appointment, not make it and does not call. Then when you call they says sorry were booked and we will call you next week to see when we can fit you in. Please don't waste your time with them. Like me I will find someone else you should too.

This company leaves a lot to be desired! I called them for a repair on a Refrigeration unit in our Hospital, They have POOR communication, as well as once they do show up, they do NOT communicate the outcome of their diagnosis! Then I tried to call them to see what they found, and their voice mail isn't even set up so you can't leave a message! Meanwhile the unit is still down and we have no idea what is going on... We will never use them again if I have something to say about it!

Don't bother, they're a complete waste of time. Very rude worker on the line- snappy, impatient, and seemingly always in a bad mood. Poor communication- last time they were here, they quoted us a ridiculous amount after performing work we weren't even told they were going to do until after it was already done. Sub-par work performed- we've called them for the same two units multiple times each and they're constantly having the same issues. If your manufacturer recommends them, ask them for someone else.

I hired HALE REFRIDGERATION to repair my commercial ice machine, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. Unreliable Service: They showed up two hours late with no courtesy call. Poor Communication: The technician barely explained anything and seemed rushed. When I asked questions, I got vague answers or blank stares. Misdiagnosis: They “fixed” the machine, charged me five hundred and left. Within 24 hours, it broke again—and this time, it was worse. Overpriced & Underqualified: I paid for a fix I never got. When I called to report the issue, they dodged responsibility and wanted to charge me again for a follow-up visit. Customer Service Nightmare: Every time I called, I was put on hold or passed around. No accountability, no apology, no refund. Bottom line: This company wasted my time, my money, and potentially cost me business. Don’t make the same mistake.
