Just call this guy to let him know A few of the issues I was having with my washer. After him asking me a few questions he was quick to let me know that it’s probably wasn’t even worth him coming out due to the cost of the repairs being more than the washer is probably worth. Honesty is hard to find I’d give this guy a call if you’re looking for it.

Very unprofessional. He gave me a window from 1-4 pm. I called him around 1:10 to confirm our appointment. He confirmed the 1-4 pm window. Made me wait for more than 3 hrs and never showed up and never bothered to notify me that he was running late or was never going to show up. If that is how he operates then I’m glad he didn’t get to work on my refrigerator.

My experience was awful. Andre came right away and was very nice however he said our trash compacter couldn’t be repaired because it is so old getting parts would be impossible. It wouldn’t stay closed and he said a catch lever was broken. I spent some time on my knees with a flashlight and discovered a lot of trash was stuck behind the machine. I removed the trash and now the trash compacter works fine. I checked the internet and replacement parts, if I needed them were easily available. He also looked at our refrigerator which was making a buzzing sound and was unevenly cooling our sodas so sodas in back of fridge froze. He said we had the fridge set too low and that was why our sodas froze. He changed the temperature and said it was all fixed. He also said after changing temperature he didn’t need to ‘set’ the new temperature. Our sodas are still freezing and the fridge is still making the buzzing sound. I’m out $75 and nothing was either fixed or properly diagnosed. At 73 I shouldn’t be on my knees removing trash an ‘expert repair person’ could have seen, diagnosed and removed in 10 minutes. This was an awful experience and I would hope they would at last refund my $75.00.

Called Jim's Appliance to get assistance on a problem that was affecting a timely installation of a new refrigerator. It was related to the water inlet valve, Jerry, the gentleman who answered the phone, gave me some very good information, including that I probably needed a plumber, and not an appliance repair person. I followed through on his advice, was able to get immediate service from Canyon Hills Plumbing, and resolve the problem which had delayed the installation process.
