As carlos said. The pictures in question are a clear insult to the flooring industry. The lack of attention to detail and poor craftsmanship on display is unacceptable. It is important to hold those responsible accountable for their subpar work and ensure that proper standards are upheld in the industry.

Well, I had them install 3 ceiling fans and a backsplash in my kitchen. They couldn't figure out how to balance the fans I never completed the job. Out of three fans two are unbalanced still. The backsplash was put in so badly that I had to find another company to replace it.. they insisted on taking the existing backsplash out that was done so terribly wrong and they ended up chipping my brand new countertop doing major damage to my wall board in which cost me an extra $500 to have all that repaired. I would never have this company back inside my home ever again.

I can’t explain enough how bad of an experience this has been . We started the process in October and according to them they are finished . Here is how they left the work . I’m my opinion they have never installed floor before and the do not know what they are doing . They don’t know how to fix their mistakes and have destroyed my floors and made a mess of my roof .stay away

We had a leak in our kitchen, Chris came in and turned our nightmare into a manageable situation, with ease! The level of professionalism, and care he has for his customers are unmatched to any other company. Definitely recommend over, and over again!

Chris and his team were amazing! They came in after water damage and worked with myself and my insurance company to get my house repaired. He we went above and beyond and was able to do more than I expected. Super kind and honest. I recommend them to anyone needed renovations. Super great guy and his workers rocked!

Chris and his team took care of my kitchen two years ago and did an exceptional job. I noted that they were clean and the men were respectful and my family and I were very happy with everything when they were finished. A year later we had another leak and I called him immediately. The leak came from the bathroom hallway. He was able to find someone to assist with the plumbing issue which turned out to be quite a battle and did a full renovation on the bathroom. As a first time homeowner we were extremely stressed out about dealing with the insurance companies, but he made it simple and even Went above and beyond and handled a couple of the phone calls for me that I didn’t know how to handle myself. Now the bathroom is our new favorite room of the house and we can’t wait to use them again. Thanks for everything Chris.

Chris & Érica were a life saver. She saw my post on Facebook, asking for recommendations & needing HELP. Stressed and scared, I didn’t even know where to begin. They Called me within an hr. & said he would be at my house same day to evaluate the situation. His team was clean & hustled to fix EVERYTHING.
