I am sick and sad and by the butchering of my fruit trees. I sought out specifically a certified arborist, who knew what they were doing, and sadly I do not feel that Jeffrey is an arborist because you do not chop the tops off tree trees!

Pruning is to shape them, you shaped them like a vase, you never chopped the tops off. Just go look it up! Too many of these companies are people who think oh I’m gonna make some money by chopping the tops off the trees when they have no idea what they’re doing. Sure, if you have a problem branch that’s one thing but now my trees are ruined.

Plus, he didn’t even attend. He sent three guys that I even questioned whether they knew what they were doing because they seemed like the same guys that just chopped the trees right off and have no clue how to prune tree, trees, or roses, which are similar and pruning BTW. I have been doing gardening for 30 years and actually trimmed my own trees until an accident and I was in a wheelchair this time.

This is all added to the fact that Jeffrey did not defend himself and even said I didn’t have to pay him at all when I texted him regarding how they butchered my trees. To me, that’s another indication that he is misleading us. I’d rather have my trees thriving and professionally pruned and have paid him!

All you have to do is go look it up. Just go ask your Alexa or your Siri how trees should be pruned don’t go watch a YouTube video. At least you think these guys would do that!

Jeff and his team made setting up the appointment quick and easy! I just sent him a pictures of the palm trees and he instantly gave me a quote and an appointment. His team arrived on time and got my palm trees squared away! Will definitely be using their services again!
