Can’t recommend Royal enough! German came quickly, diagnosed the problem with my LG washer, and had the parts on hand to fix it. I felt like the price was more than fair. I’m so relieved to have a working washer as a family of five!

Spoke with Stan and he sent German out to look at my refrigerator the next day. German quickly identified the problem and ordered the necessary part. Part arrived the following day and German came back and installed it that afternoon. Service and quality were outstanding! I will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Discovered washing machines would not pump water from drum. Tried all the first aid approaches and was unsuccessful. Call Your company and within a few hours a replacement pump was installed machine working back to normal. I watched and knew the repair was done correctly and efficiently.

Great experience. I called a few places and Royal was the only one that asked me for the model of my dryer; it's kind of an off brand so I appreciated that they checked to make sure they could service it. My technician, German, was AWESOME. Super kind, wore booties into the house, totally knowledgeable and fixed the issue on the spot. He didn't try to upsell me on anything ... he laid out some options based on Q's I asked but I did not feel pressured at all, and I really appreciated his help. Called Mon, they offered to come out same day (I couldn't meet them so they came Tue) and it was fixed in less than 30min.
