Miguel came out to the property within 25 minutes of my call. He identified the source of the toilet backing up and provided multiple options. We decided to wait and think about how to proceed and Miguel didn’t pressure us, just left his card. Will definitely call Miguel and Roto Rooter again.

I called in the morning and a plumber was at my house in the afternoon. The work was done quickly and very cleanly. It was a bit more expensive than I would have expected for 1 hour of work, but I believe it was a standard fee. The job was well done.

Gilbert from Roto-Rooter arrived promptly and gave me a very comprehensive overview of the kind of blockage that we had. He followed up with a clear description of the approach he would take to fix the issue, and then provided an estimate. I signed the proposal and the work commenced. Gilbert was very thorough and was able the clear the blockage; he also cleaned the pipes internally. A job well done.

Patrick Sandke is a valuable asset for Roto-Rooter. He is very professional, courteous, efficient and understanding. He truly cares and wants to help people when they are in need.

All 3 people that came out were nice and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix my problem. My only complaint is Roto Rooter doesn't have a stucco repair person on retainer.

Just had Roto Rooter come and clear a blocked sewer drain. I called and they had someone out within an hour. The technician, Alex Smith, did a great job. He could've just done the bare minimum to get it flowing again but he took the time to be thorough and clear the blockage properly. I can't praise him highly enough.

Great/super fast service! They sent plumber named Alex Smith who was awesome all around. We had faulty shut off valve and broken tank. We called and Alex arrived within a couple hours, right in estimated time window. He fixed both issues while and did a great job helping clean up. Thanks to Roto Rooter and especially to Alex Smith for great service. Before calling, we had to shut off all water to house bc of combo of 2 problems so we really appreciate the quick and thorough assistance.
