This is the second time I've used La Costa Electric. This time is was what felt like an emergency when I heard buzzing behind an outlet. They arrived and fixed the issue promptly after I was getting the 'run around' from other electricians. I am very happy with both visits.

We have used La Costa Electric a couple times now since moving into the Carlsbad area. Very professional, competitively priced, and always helpful with whatever we have needed. Most recently, I had to call them to come out to deal with some outlets throughout the house that stopped working. Before coming out, they called to assess the problem and were able to lead me to the GFCI outlet that had been tripped from my car charger & the heavy rains. The outlet had already actually been replaced by them a year earlier with a GFCI outlet to avoid any potential damage from this exact scenario. Fixed the problem for me over the phone, on top of fixing the problem originally the first time. Definitely always giving them a call for any electrical issues, as well as any future electrical work we need done.

Called Brock about an issue and he was able to fix it over the phone! Great customer service and will be calling again with any electrician issues in the future.

We had a faulty GFCI outlet which left us with no bathroom outlets (in the entire house). We were pleasantly surprised to receive an immediate response from La Costa Electric (another local electrical business said they were booked 2 months out). Our outlet & the faulty panel were both quickly repaired. So glad to know that we have such a responsive LOCAL business that we can rely on when we need help. Quick, efficient and friendly!

Brock and his family are amazing! Responsive, immediately available to diagnose and recommend tests by phone to save money on them coming out unnecessarily, and the problem was solved perfectly and quickly! Highly recommend!!

I called La Costa Electric today and he called back shortly after. Explained the situation I was having with 3 rooms out, and he walked me through to test the circuit breaker. He patiently waited while I ran around the house looking for it. He was patient and helpful and helped fix my problem then and there! What a great person! Called to set up an appointment, I set up the appointment, the appointment date/time came and went, and nothing. This was the first time I had sought to use La Costa Electric. I'm moving on.

I called La Costa Electric to help diagnose why none of my bathroom outlets were working. They promptly responded and were able to schedule a same day appointment. Brock showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose and repair my panel to get my outlets working again at a very fair price. Overall they provided great service and would happily use them again if need be.

Brock runs a small family business and provides excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable, responsive and trust worthy. Brock helped me solve an electrical mystery in my house after a storm and I will continue to work with La Costa electric to bring my house up to current electrical code. I am so grateful to have found La Costa Electric!
