We choose Rowan Electric to install our backup generator from 3 contractors who all gave us about the same bid, but Rowan was referred to us from a couple of people. Alex Willeford came out and gave us an estimate and actually came out when he said he would! He spent a lot of time with us and was very knowledgable and answered every question we had. He also came after the job was completed to make sure we were happy with their work. The electrician who did the work was named Lance. He also came out when he was scheduled to be here! He was kind, knowledgable, patient with the dogs, our questions, and working all day outside in the 95 degree heat. We were so impressed with them that we are recommending them to anybody who needs any electrical work done or a generator install!

We had Rowan out to diagnosis and fix a complicated intelligent lighting system that had been improperly wired during construction by a different contractor. The electricians they sent out worked diligently to resolve the issue and worked with the manufacture's support to get this issue resolved.

Rowan Electric installed at our home a 240v 50 amps for a hot tub and 240v 20 amps for a sauna in December 2023. Kyle, Joel and Jack did a great job! I highly recommend Rowan Electric.

I had some initial issues with the espresso machine and reached out to Rowan Electrical Appliances. They communicated and understood my issue, provided guidance, and ultimately replaced the machine at no cost to me. Since then, they have continued to reach out via text to see if everything is working well and if I have any questions. This is a super proactive company that sincerely cares about its products and how they are impacting its customers' lives. I cannot recall a company that is that personal and interesting that is clearly by actions and not words. Super Kudo's to Rowan Electrical Appliances, let their actions speak for them, well done.
