Recently we put our house on the market. It is an all-tile house of approximately 2,500 sq. ft. Since all eyes would be upon the tile, we wanted it to look it’s very best. Jimmy and his crew did a superb job making the floor look brand new. It was money well spent!

Worked with Jimmy at Silver Olas to get my living room, stairs, and hallway carpet cleaned and 2 bathrooms grout cleaned. They were very responsive via phone and text, and came literally the next day on time with a team of 2. I was originally quoted over the phone less than what I actually ended up paying, but that was a misunderstanding on what type of tile needed to be cleaned in my bathroom. My bathroom grout had gotten pretty bad over the years so I am happy that Jimmy did a good job clearing it up! It's definitely better then what I could have ever done myself. Overall I think it took about 1.5-2 hours to clean and the total $565.

I have used Silver Olas twice now over the past 3 years and both times was impressed. The first time was when I was moving out of a rental in Carlsbad, and I was completely astounded at what a good job they did. Fast forward to Nov 2025, 2.5 years later. I’m in my own house now and I have light colored high pile carpet and white oak LVP in a highly active household with 3 young children. The LVP is so trendy but the little grooves on the light color have accumulated dirt I could not get out with the installer recommended sweeper or a robot vac, or even a steam mop. I should also mention my carpet is new and requires a warranty cleaning every year. Last year I used a vendor recommended by the installer to clean my carpet and it was underwhelming, with my high traction carpeted stairs still dirty when they were done. This year I thought let me call those guys I used before again and fortunately I still had their info in my email. Holy cow, I can see the white in the LVP again, and the stairs are cleaner a year later than they were when they were cleaned last time. I hope anyone reading this understands I am not a promoted reviewer, I am a 2x customer who is really really happy, and am about to call them back to clean my light colored sofa that I also bought mistakenly with 3 young children. Jimmy is the man, the pricing is fair, and I highly recommend!

Best service I have had experienced in a long time. They cleaned our carpet and travertine floors. I was so happy I had them come back to fill holes in the travertine. They were promt, professional and explained everything. They look brand new again. I would definitely recommend them!

This is the second time I have used Heavenly Views and they have dine an excellent job. First off, I always have asked companies to follow up in six months because I want my windows done twice a year. Michelle is the first one ever to follow up. Today Noah showed up and was polite, courteous and dog friendly (I was working from home and he was respectful of that). Noah did an outstanding job and even double checked all windows to be sure he got them, and that they were spotless. I will be seeing them again in six months for sure.
