Marcus was on time. He sent a text when on his way. Quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a repair he was able to take care of. He was kind & easy to understand what the issue was. I will definitely call Cracker Jack again when I have
an issue. So grateful for their help!

Brandon was quick, communicative, thorough, friendly, showed examples of what was the problem was, and, of course, got our air conditioning back in the middle of an intense heat wave! I highly recommend him for your maintenance needs!

The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Although I might select to just replace my washer and dryer, there wasn’t any pressure to fix the devices. He informed me that they do have maintenance plans if I am ever interested. That was fine and again, no pressure to do any of it. I would be happy to use this company again.

Very professional. Very friendly. And very honest. With our, over 4 year old washer, there was bounch to be additional problems with it other than what we hired them to look at. However, with the work we would potentially need, we were told the other, smaller, problem would be at no extra cost.
Both guys that came to our house were extremely friendly and honest about the situation with the washer and gave us quotes for the work in the future.
Their appearance was very clean and professional. They arrived within the time they were expected too. I only caught one of the technicians names, Marcus, however they both were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future.

My 11 year old Samsung washing machine made a horrible noise on a Friday evening. I made an appointment online and Brandon came out on Saturday and diagnosed the issue. Marcus came out on Friday and got the part out and came back on Saturday to finish the job. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and caring. My washer is brand new again. I highly recommend them.

I got the service contract. Marcus came out and serviced the appliances. He vacuumed under the fridge and replaced the water hoses on the washer and dryer. He didn't have the diverter. Then my next off Friday another Marcus came and installed the cold water hoses with the new diverter

All done very professionally and efficiently. Booking was great too. A simple phone call and boom done.

I have never had a better experience with any repair for anything my any entire life! Brandon not only fixed our AC quickly and inexpensively, he also fixed our refrigerator as well! Talk about Cracker Jack… WOW!

We had an issue with our dishwasher that I was not able to resolve myself. I called Cracker Jack Appliance repair late on a weekend night and still was able to set up the appointment. The tech arrived, diagnosed the problem and resolved it in less than an hour and the charge was what I was told it would be when I set up the appointment. My experience with Cracker Jack repair was completely positive.

Awesome job! Marcus and Brandon showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. My washer was not filling up with water. My washer and dryer are not easily accessible. Marcus and Brandon removed the dryer from on top of my washer (no other company would do this) and took my washing machine apart and diagnosed the issue within an hour. Turned out it was going to be a pricey repair and I opted to get a new washer. Marcus and Brandon gave me options on how to save money for the installation of my next washer and dryer. I will definitely use these guys again... just waiting for something to break!!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience, great team, prompt service, reasonable price. Brandon came out to diagnose the issue I was having with my washing machine and even took a video of the part which needed repair to help me understand exactly what went wrong. Technicians were prompt and clearly well informed on dryer repairs. quickly diagnosed the problem and explained repair process. they ordered the necessary parts and returned to install 2 days later. Pricing for whole repair was very reasonable. I will definitely hire Cracker Jack again!

Brandon was excellent! He not only was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable about my refrigerator questions and missing part for my range/oven, but he went above and beyond to provide me detailed feedback as to why my part was discontinued and how to potentially find it on eBay. He also responded to my texts questions about my new refrigerator installation that put me at ease. I am grateful for his kindness and professionalism!

Brandon was wonderful! Showed up within 24 hours. Came in very clean and neat with his shoes covered diagnosed the problem made recommendations. Can’t say enough good stuff about him and the team. Definitely going to call them the next time I have an appliance fix needed.

I am so thankful to have found Brandon at Cracker jack Air Pros. He is the first technician to be able to fix our office air condition unit in over a year! I have spent thousands of dollars on other companies to no avail. Brandon and the office personnel were courteous, on time and reliable. Best experience I’ve ever had with any technician in my home. Most knowledgeable, professional and fairly priced service you’ll find. Fixed my dryer fan in no time and helped me with several other HVAC issues I’ve been struggling with from other contractors and builders. They focus on long term client relationships over making a quick buck. They also address root causes so you can fix system flaws for good.

We had our A/C condenser go out around 8pm. I called probably 12 HVAC companies that were listed as 24/7 service and this company was the only one to have someone available. Brandon came within the hour and had us back up and running. He took his time to find the root of the issue and we are having him come back to make some recommended repairs starting with the most budget conscious options. Highly recommend based on our experience with Brandon!

Being relative new to the area and bouncing around from state to state, it gets very difficult when I try to find reputable companies to trust.

During the initial interaction, I got messages and emails detailing my scheduled service. Very state-of-the-art type!

My technician, Mark, was incredibly respectful, he wore shoe covers every time he came in, basically treated the property with the utmost respect.

The issue with my air conditioning system was found and rectified on that initial visit, as he stated that they keep their trucks stocked pretty well!

Please, if you are in need of any air conducting work, call Cracker Jack! You will not regret it!

So happy I found this company! Brandon, the service tech, was amazing — so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and ethical! He was able to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone, and put me in touch with his scheduling reps who could do the service for less than $100 if the troubleshooting steps he gave me don’t work.

This is the type of upstanding, ethical service that is so hard to find these days! With all the paid/fake reviews out there, it’s so hard to figure out who you can actually trust. I originally called another company that had thousands of 5-star Google reviews, and they came out and tried to swindle us out of $4500!

I’m so glad I found Brandon and his team! They are truly the gold standard of exceptional, ethical service!

Amazing service! Armando came out at 9pm on a Saturday to fix my air conditioner. They were the only company advertised as 24/7 that actually answered and was able to come out! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!! He wore shoe covers to enter my home, cleaned everything up when he was done, and left my system running perfectly.
