Constraction reviews in Carmel, California

TNT Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd truly exceeded my expectations. Brown, the technician, was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He performed an extensive chimney inspection, identifying issues that needed chimney repair. He then proceeded with chimney cleaning, leaving my fireplace in pristine condition. Additionally, Brown took care of my dryer vent cleaning, which had been long overdue. It was clear that he takes great pride in her work, and I felt confident in her expertise. I highly recommend Safe Chimney Services to anyone in the Carmel-by-the-Sea area needing chimney services and dryer vent services. You won’t be disappointed!

TNT Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd offered great service! Robert was really professional, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything when he came out for chimney inspection. He suggested chimney repairs after noticing some minor damage to my chimney. I planned the chimney cleaning that he recommended as well. Everyone performed an excellent job! The improvement was evident when I requested them to clean my air ducts as well. The air quality has increased, and my house seems so much fresher. The service was well worth the price, and my chimney now runs smoothly. I’ll be using them for regular cleaning moving forward.

Here in Carmel-by-the-Sea, I had a great experience with TNT Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd. Joseph, the technician, was really polite, competent, and informed. He thoroughly inspected my chimney and offered reasonably priced solutions. Our home's energy efficiency significantly improved as a result of the attic solution that TNT Services offered. We instantly noticed an improvement in airflow after our dryer vent and air ducts were expertly cleaned. Throughout the entire service, I was impressed by their attention to detail and cleanliness. TNT is an excellent choice for Carmel-by-the-Sea homes, in my opinion. I appreciate your sincere and excellent effort, Joseph.

Professional

Very professional, excellent quality. Services recommended 100%

They did a fantastic job resealing my granite. Whole experience was quick and easy.

Paul and his team made years of dirt disappear and restore the grout to its original color throughout rooms of tumbled stone tiles, not to mention a fantastic job honing a floor needing extra TLC. Would definitely use them again.

Paul is a complete professional. He came in and examined the problem. Evaluated the problem explained the solution and went right to work. The countertop came out Better than new
Thanks Paul

Paul and Carmen did a wonderful job cleaning and re-sealing our 35 year old Saltillo tiles as well as re-grouting around the pan of our shower and re-sealing. All resulted in a wonderful renewal of the surfaces. Their attention to detail was appreciated.

The technicians arrived on time, gave me a quote to clean and seal 3 granite countertops, and clean and seal the stone shower pan. All work was completed in a timely professional manner with great results. Thank you Paul!!

The team updated the grout and caulk for my kitchen and master bathroom. The team is highly professional and great to work with. Very knowledgable and thorough. I will pick them again when we have another project to do. Thank you, Paul and team!

I used Techstone to resolve a number of stone problems prior to moving in to my "new to me" home. That included polishing and sealing granite, along with work performed on the floors. I was most impressed with their ability to completely remove an ugly blue stain on the granite and to resolve a lot of chipping in my limestone floor. Owner Paul has a terrific attention to detail and worked the job until he was satisfied that it looked good, even if that meant the job took longer than he anticipated. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Techstone/Paul M. The work included floor and countertops repair and sealing. I highly recommend them.

Paul is a true professional and an overall really good guy. He spent time carefully explaining the process of refinishing my limestone floors and did a perfect job. I can’t believe the difference! Beautiful. His team was efficient, professional and completed the job as estimated. I spilled something acidic on the floors recently and. Paul came by just to hand polish those areas and explain the best way to keep them clean and shiny. Paul is a gem and I feel so lucky to have found him. Thanks Paul.

They were professional, on time, did extras, great
. Would use them again and recommend them.

I would like to thank Daniel, Jose and the wonderful crew of outstanding craftsman. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was above and beyond!! I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future for more projects.

Jose and Daniel were incredible to work with. This was my and my husband's first remodel and quite a big one at that. Daniel was always so responsive in answering my questions, emails and looking up information when I didn't know what to order or pick out. They had great contacts with plumbers, electrical and paint which made those decisions seamless. After the job was completed they were still easy to be in contact with if any issues arose. We will use them for any future projects.

Pleased beyond expectation with the remodel of our home completed by Rivera and Sons General Construction. They were pleasant, conscientious, highly skilled, and focused on doing the job right. It was important to us that the new construction -- a complete kitchen and 2 bath remodel, custom exterior doors, and revised hardscape -- be done in the style of the original and historic 1929 home. They delivered! Our neighbors commented on how nice and conscientious they were throughout the duration of the work. Highest recommendation for Rivera and Sons General Construction.

These guys are genuinely good people and highly capable contractors. They show up on time and work hard all day. If anything arises that wasn't planned they adapt and push through. I trust and highly recommend them to any project you may have!

I couldn't be happier with the renovation work done by Rivera and Sons. They recently completed a beautiful remodel that included a custom redwood deck and integrated redwood accents throughout the interior including remodeling the kitchen.

The quality of the wood and the precision of their craftsmanship perfectly capture the Carmel and Monterey aesthetic. Both The office and the on site construction crew are professional, keep and clean job site, and deliver exactly what they promise.

If you want a contractor who truly knows how to manage the city regulations, I highly recommend calling Rivera and Sons.

We highly recommend the team at Rivera and Sons General Construction. Daniel and Eben were patient and worked with us to guide us through the complicated stay and remodel versus move to a new build home decision.

They shared their extensive local experience and advice about home improvement, renovation and remodeling in the Carmel and Monterey area.

We needed custom woodwork as part of our kitchen remodeling and their team offered valuable answers to questions we’d not been able to get answers to.

Their construction office is conveniently located in Carmel near Safeway and Lucky. Parking was convenient and we were able to easily find their second floor office.

Highly recommend for anyone in Carmel or Monterey needing a construction company with the experience to navigate the challenges unique to the coastal California communities.
