General Contractor reviews in Carmel, California

They were professional, on time, did extras, great
. Would use them again and recommend them.

I would like to thank Daniel, Jose and the wonderful crew of outstanding craftsman. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was above and beyond!! I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future for more projects.

Jose and Daniel were incredible to work with. This was my and my husband's first remodel and quite a big one at that. Daniel was always so responsive in answering my questions, emails and looking up information when I didn't know what to order or pick out. They had great contacts with plumbers, electrical and paint which made those decisions seamless. After the job was completed they were still easy to be in contact with if any issues arose. We will use them for any future projects.

Pleased beyond expectation with the remodel of our home completed by Rivera and Sons General Construction. They were pleasant, conscientious, highly skilled, and focused on doing the job right. It was important to us that the new construction -- a complete kitchen and 2 bath remodel, custom exterior doors, and revised hardscape -- be done in the style of the original and historic 1929 home. They delivered! Our neighbors commented on how nice and conscientious they were throughout the duration of the work. Highest recommendation for Rivera and Sons General Construction.

These guys are genuinely good people and highly capable contractors. They show up on time and work hard all day. If anything arises that wasn't planned they adapt and push through. I trust and highly recommend them to any project you may have!

I couldn't be happier with the renovation work done by Rivera and Sons. They recently completed a beautiful remodel that included a custom redwood deck and integrated redwood accents throughout the interior including remodeling the kitchen.

The quality of the wood and the precision of their craftsmanship perfectly capture the Carmel and Monterey aesthetic. Both The office and the on site construction crew are professional, keep and clean job site, and deliver exactly what they promise.

If you want a contractor who truly knows how to manage the city regulations, I highly recommend calling Rivera and Sons.

We highly recommend the team at Rivera and Sons General Construction. Daniel and Eben were patient and worked with us to guide us through the complicated stay and remodel versus move to a new build home decision.

They shared their extensive local experience and advice about home improvement, renovation and remodeling in the Carmel and Monterey area.

We needed custom woodwork as part of our kitchen remodeling and their team offered valuable answers to questions we’d not been able to get answers to.

Their construction office is conveniently located in Carmel near Safeway and Lucky. Parking was convenient and we were able to easily find their second floor office.

Highly recommend for anyone in Carmel or Monterey needing a construction company with the experience to navigate the challenges unique to the coastal California communities.

Prestige did a great job of helping us to rebuild our home after it was destroyed by the Creek Fire. They understood that we had been through a lot, and did their best to see that we were able to move back home in a timely manner.

We hired Brandon with Prestige Construction and had a great experience with the remodel of our Carmel property. They were helpful from design to finish and stayed on schedule. Their crews were professional and very respectful of our property. Most importantly, communication throughout the project was exceptional. We plan on using them again soon on another property. Recommend without hesitation!

We have been so happy to work with Prestige on our home. Prestige built the property that we acquired, and has been so helpful and generous with questions and improvements. The build quality is very high -- cabinetry, tile work, wood working, all really well done. And every sub-contractor they've sent our way, from electrical to tile repair, has been terrific. Thank you Prestige!
