John’s pool service is great! He’s reliable, effective and really nice. My dogs like him too! And my pool has never looked better.

John has been servicing my pool since April 2025 and I am very pleased of his performance from day 1. I needed a new pump and John had my pool running in no time and made sure everything works. I am enjoying my nice sparkling pool! Thanks John!

We switched from another local pool company because the service was lackadaisical and subpar. Wow, what a difference with Pool Heroes! John makes sure each pool is sparkling clean and cared for. You can tell the work he puts in because it is his company, and he’s very knowledgeable. . A neighbor recommended Pool Heroes and we can’t believe we waited a month to call him! The difference with Piol Heroes is amazing!

John Johnson has been managing my pool for several years. He comes regularly weekly and trouble shoots any problems. He can fix things as well as clean and manage chemicals, and he communicates well using technology. An excellent service!

I highly recommend Johnny at Pool Heroes. Johnny maintained the pool on my property for around seven years and worked for the previous owners for years before that. My home had an unusual pool setup but it was no problem for Pool Heroes. He was always extremely diligent in maintaining all the equipment, and keeping everything looking and running great. If you are looking for someone who does his work skillfully and diligently then this is the company for you.

John has been a great asset to our home. In very few visits he’s adjusted our settings and levels, cleaned our filters, and even took an early morning weekend call to help troubleshoot a pump issue mere hours before a pool party!

I am thrilled with Pool Heros!

We’re first time pool owners and were “gifted” a pool service guy by our pool builder for the first year of having our pool. We’ve had basic service but struggled with tons of white flakes in our pool every summer. Our pool guy never really knew how to handle it and despite being in the business for at least 2 decades, he’d never seen it…I thought I should trust him because of the referral but just didn’t.

Cut to a review for John at Pool Heroes I saw in a FB mom’s group…great review and I thought, maybe it’s time to finally get a second opinion for help. John was quick to respond, clearly knew his business and described in detail why we were having issues. Within a couple days, he started service and gave us the true professional service we’ve been hoping for all this time! He communicated beautifully about his arrival and post-visit (following up with me, too, even though he worked with my husband that day). He has a very transparent process with an email explaining the status of our chemical levels and added photos to support what he saw and did…even adding a service without charge. Who does that?!

I don’t give reviews often but when I do I really mean them. John is the real deal…building a great business with exceptional service and communication. He’s knowledgeable and friendly and I feel more at ease than I have since we got our pool installed. There are lots of “pool guys” but if you’re looking for a true professional, give John a call and see for yourself what I’m talking about. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
(And, even though his rates are a bit higher than the other guy, he’s transparent, his pricing and process is fair, clearly stated in his written contract and I am certain that over time, I will be saving thousands because he will be better maintaining my equipment. Now that I’m no longer under warranty, it’s even more important to have someone who knows what they’re doing and be proactive instead of reactive.)

I want to give a BIG SHOUT out to John Johnson and to Pool Heroes for the great job they did on my pool. I have a pebble teck pool at least 20-25 years old and was starting to get a lot of rock in my sweeper. John explained what need to have done and they came over Thursday and did the demo job, Saturday they came and resprayed the entire pool and Sunday they came over and did the acid wash and now is being refilled. It's looks better now than when I first had it done. Thank you so much . All those involved were polite and friendly and new there stuff. Wish I could more than 5 stars. I am so glad to find John Johnson as he knows what needed to be done.

I called many pool cleaners in the area for our challenging pool/spa, and most didn’t have the time or capacity to help. John stepped up and made the time, and he’s been a pleasure to work with. He has great communication, is easy to talk to, provides excellent customer service, and does all the work himself. Our pool and spa are spotless, and we’re very happy with his work! Very genuine guy, highly recommend!

He’s great at communication, so we always know when he’s coming. And also? He’s a great guy. It matters to me who does work for me at my home, and John comes to do the job with enthusiasm and friendliness that is greatly appreciated. So other pool services? Maybe skip our house when you’re dropping off cards, because we don’t need ‘em.

We are big fans of John’s care and knowledge and professionalism. He is 1,000% on the job, a clear communicator and friendly. And when something comes up, he is available and responsive. All high marks here.

John has been servicing our in ground pool for nearly a year and has been great! He is easily accessible via phone and emails, does not require much from my side, and has also worked with me with a few special requests.

He was willing to work with me to setup a service that worked for our family, and now I don’t have to worry about keeping up with the pool cleaning or chemicals!
