We had a fantastic experience getting our carpets cleaned in Carmichael. Richard, the technician, arrived right on time and was very friendly and professional. He started by measuring all the rooms we wanted cleaned and explained the different cleaning options to us. We decided to go with the brush cleaning method, and it was definitely worth the small extra cost—our carpets look fresh and almost brand new! The next day, Richard followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the results, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this carpet cleaning service and look forward to using them again in the future.

i needed carpet cleaning in carmichael at the last minute because i had to travel unexpectedly and didn't want to leave my home with dirty floors. i called finest carmichael carpet cleaning, and caleb showed up within an hour, which really surprised me. he got right to work and was able to clean everything the same day, even though my carpets had some tough stains. after the job was finished, the carpets looked so much better—no stains left and everything smelled fresh and clean. it's not easy to find someone who can help on such short notice and still do a great job. i was really impressed and will definitely use them again.

Extremely professional service! After dealing with a water leak in my basement, Caleb came out and did an amazing job cleaning up and getting my carpets back to normal in just a few days. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly the whole time. Caleb definitely knows a lot about carpet cleaning and explained everything clearly. He even shampooed my carpets after the cleanup, and now my basement smells fresh again instead of musty like before. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone in Carmichael, and I’ll definitely call them again in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We have two pups, one senior who can "hold" it like she used to and one puppy who has finally gotten the hang of going outside ONLY as well as other visitor pups that confused my carpet with the puppy pad! My spot cleaning was not cutting it. I couldn't take it any longer, I needed the service done ASAP. Fortunately for me, he had a cancellation and came the same day. He was very knowledgeable and honest about some stains that, some former house guests left for me, will never come out but I appreciated him educating me on why. So I will be VERY adamant about no eating in bedrooms going forward (lesson learned).

Couple things I noted (and HIGHLY appreciate), even though I always vacuum my carpet before I get it cleaned, this is the first carpet cleaning service I have used that also vacuums the carpet before putting moisture on the floor. In case you didn't know that is a BIG deal because if they don't vacuum and then wet the floor that is just creating mud in your carpet that can get trapped (can you say recurring stains). He also vacuumed again AFTER he was done and uses the best cleaning method for your carpet and level of stains. He even clean my oversized area rug. It looks almost new again.

My whole house smells fresh and clean (the way I like it). Oh and the best part, his price was very reasonable! I am so so pleased! Thank you J (😉)!

So let me start with how amazing my services from Jef were! It started off with first being able to get a same day appointment which made all the difference because everyone including inspector clean was booked I really needed the service!! It went from almost jet black carpets with dog hair and horrible odor to CLEAN with little to no smell!! When I say CLEAN I mean it I can’t stress that enough! Thank you so much for all your hard work and extended time you put in to making my place feel more comfortable You were awesome! Huge thank you to you and your beautiful family!!

Great work upstairs in our bedrooms. Just remodeled and there was paint stains on the carpet, Jeff was able to remove it with his carpet cleaner that does more than the average!

It’s really a quicker dry than the old ways of carpeting cleaning and Jeff was absolutely informative and did a awesome job from upstairs living areas to the stairs!!!

Punctuality is not their cup of tea. I had scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned, they did not show up, and another guy called me and rescheduled it for other day (3 days later). I took unpaid leave from work, came to house early, and waited…. waited, called, and called they did not show up.

I would highly encourage all of you to save your precious time and money and absolutely under no circumstances recommend this place.

I found his service’s through his social media advertisement. I was impressed with the convenience and ease of making an appointment as well as the positive feedback. I was able to have my carpets done the same week. They look new and smell so fresh. He added a little scotch guard to the high traffic areas and fluffed the carpet following the shampoo. A kind and well mannered individual who is conscientious about doing a great job. Highly recommended!

Jeff is Awesome! I am currently renting a shared home with the homeowner and the previous renter's had destroyed the carpet, she was also a pet owner. As the summer came I felt like some of the odor was in air. I price shopped a handful of local companies and not only did I get that best deal, he came that same day. Very professional! and I only planned to do 2 bedrooms but the magical appearance of the carpet; we decided to do the entire home. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much!

Jeff showed up around the time he said would be able to come. He cleaned the carpet, deodorized our carpet to the best he could since our carpet is quite old. He finished in a timely fashion and right now our carpets are drying up but our house smells better. I would highly recommend him for any moderately sized house with carpet. He gave us recommendation of what we should expect from our carpet in the coming time which is always great because it’s not common knowledge.

I am so amazed. I needed to get the carpets cleaned because I was moving and it was in my lease that I needed to. I was worried because I couldn’t find someone to come clean them on Labor Day weekend (the weekend I was moving) however, Jeff said it would be no problem. He came out and gave me a quote that was within my budget. When I saw the carpets upon completion I was so amazed. They were cleaner than the day I moved into the home. Great service! Jeff was super friendly and worked hard to get the job done. He was very honest and told me when a room didn’t need cleaning. Also great communication with keeping me updated on changes to schedule and arrival time. He even gives a 30 day warranty on the cleaning in the event there are any spots or areas that need cleaning afterwards. Will recommend to others! Thanks!

Recently got my carpets cleaned with inspector clean and Jeff but didn’t have the chance to leave a review. Wow what a surprise! Carpet was clean and dry in less then 1 hour. It has been almost 2 weeks since the cleaning was done and carpets still look great. Called the other guys last time carpets took forever to dry and once it did spots came right back up. Don’t use anyone but Jeff those other guys are a waste of time and money!!
